Stayed here over the Thanksgiving holidays and let me tell you it was amazing. It was nice and quiet clean and plenty of space available to park your RV

Loved staying at this rv park! The view is BEAUTIFUL! Convenient to fishing spots, a short drive to Portland, right over the bridge and your back in downtown Corpus Christi. Everything is clean, there are 2 updated showers with toilets, laundry facility is clean and the staff is nice. I paid $35 a night which isn't bad.

Fantastic view! Being right up on the water like this is amazing. Staff was friendly. There's a little dock to do some fishing from, complete with a bench and a table top to clean fish.Parts of the buildings look pretty old and dilapidated- I don't know if it's age, neglect, proximity to the sea water/air, or some combination of the three. For the view, though, I didn't really mind. It's located kind of off on its lonesome, which I personally enjoyed. Nice and quiet, even with the bridge to the other side of the bay being right there; I didn't notice any traffic noise. Really enjoyed our stay.

You don't want to expect a resort, they do not have amenities, but they do have a GORGEOUS view, the beach is super nice, the water is very clear and see through, they do need to clean a little bit more and have the dog walk inside the park.Overall is quiet and nice, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, I cannot complain about that.

I greatly enjoyed my stay. I was there for a week. The view was worth all the money. Friendly staff and campers . The ocean breeze was great and location was superb. Laundry facilities were clean and reasonably priced. The negative are when there's a storm on the ocean a few sites do flood, as does the main road outside the campground. Mine wasn't too bad but the poor guy next to me woke up with 6 inches of water outside his door. We all had a good sense of humor and staff moved him. It's an old place. The sewer drained slow. Could use some money to be put into raising the sites but overall I would stay again. Just don't take the corner oceanfront site. It will flood.

Four stars for location. This park is on the water and has a small pier that I guess you can fish from. The staff are super friendly and we're prompt with checkin and out. This park is not that fancy. It has a rec type room with showers and a tv. The park has laundry facilities as well. The sites are narrow and all pull thru and they are a full hookup minus the cable. They do have wifi but it cost to use it through some company. The city's wifi can be picked up at the park but it is super slow.The park is defiantly worth staying at for a night or two and be close to Corpus Christi.

There are not many RV parks in Corpus that offer this view. We kept all the curtains open because of how gorgeous the view is! We had gulf view and I am so glad we did! There was a fishing pier where we spent most of our time, and it was only minutes from the aquarium and the beach. Downfalls are, it floods... BAD. There are several old and rusty RVs that are permanent. But, when things are exposed to sea air ALL the time, stuff rusts! There was a bait shop on the other side of the bridge, you can also fish there. Restaurants all over the place. Owners live on site and are very nice. I would stay here again, just don't book this if you are expecting fancy. It is NOT fancy, but it served it purpose.

I had a reservation for August. They got hit by a hurricane and they had to cancel or reschedule. I rescheduled for Oct 1. Which meant I had to rearrange my travel schedule. I had to move the date out by 5 days because I was waiting for my tags for my truck before I could leave SD. I injured my back on my way to TX and had to cancel my stay. I was told my $150 deposit was refundable when I made the reservation but when I had to cancel she told me that the owners wouldn't refund my deposit because I changed the reservations too many times. (I changed it once). I should have had my deposit refunded in July before they decided they needed my money more than I did. I'll never stay here even when I able to travel again. What crooks.

Stayed at this RV Park June 2012. Please do not make reservations, as there is no refund. The park is old and junky! There are 20-30 year old permanents here, that are nothing but rustbuckets. The electrice meters in the first row,( Gulf view) extra $7/night) have exposed wires. Some little child can run and stand in the Gulf waters with 220V running through their little arms, if they accidentally touch the exposed wires. My recommendation is.....go elsewhere.

Bit expensive if you ask me. Nothing special. No fema trailers allowed for those of you that have them. Not a horrible spot, but the vibe was sad and unwelcoming.
