If anyone is looking to work for this company be sure you get your contract in writing, as they will tell you that you will be working a 40 hour week but its a lie, they will only pay per job and then you wont get paid for standby time either, this company is pretty deceiving, not to mention they tell their employees to order additional parts and replace them, even when replacing other parts is NOT needed for the customer, which includes many food franchise's and truck stops, this company is About making money for themselves, they dont care about their employees at all. The female dispatcher that sends the workers out, will scream and belittle employee in front of fellow employees when she is the one who messed up she blames the employee for mistakes when in fact she is the one making mistakes, oh and then she tries to tell the employees what their job is when she has no idea because she just dispatches! Stay away from this company because they lie and cheat both their customer and employees. This company should be ashamed of the treatment of their employees and customers. Hopefully Karma will pay them a visit because whats done in the dark will come out in the light! Also I applied for Workers com and was granted it due to Workers Comp after investigating found I was wrongly fired for a reason NOT misconduct connected with the work!
