I've taken my kids here several times and we've never had any issues! For the most part the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. The wait time can be a little long at times but I've noticed the same long wait time at other barber shops too. Pro Cuts has never turned us away (especially when we were cutting it close to closing time). However, I have had other barber shops tell us they weren't taking anymore customers for the day and that they do appointments only.

Got a fast and great little boys hair cut by Roxanne. Will be back but will take cash next time, I felt guilty paying with my debit card.

Can't complain about the cut/shampoo/massage I got given that it was an excellent value.

Tight fades and cool chicks. Not much more you can ask for. Very professional staff. I've had my hair cut by most of the barbers and they are all competent and get you what you ask for. Get there early! Always a line when they open, especially weekends.

Just stay away unless you have a ton of time to waste sitting around for a haircut. Went in today and left after roughly 40 minutes, with 2 of 3 ladies working only doing haircuts by appointment and were fully booked which left 1 for all walk-in appointments. They fancy themselves a salon, but the place is filthy with hair all over the floor including in the waiting area. They upcharge for every single little thing so don't ask for anything past a basic men's cut you will get supercharged for it. My last trip 2ish weeks ago there were 2 girls working and I arrived just before 6, and I constantly heard the one girl complain about showing up right before 6 saying things like don't these people know we close at 630. Best advice I could give is try somewhere else if you need a haircut without waiting for hours if you're lucky.

Most of the barbers have treated my son and I with very kindly. One barber had a very bad attitude and very disrespectful. Refused to listen to me. It was years ago but I still remember her name. Maybe I should call management now and discussed even though it isn't revelent anymore. They do okay just depends on who cuts your hair.

I asked if the cut black womens hair. All I needed was a fade and edge up. The lady repeated several times " we have to tell you that we specialize in men's hair cuts". I should have left when I saw the customer leaving with uneven fade but wanted to try them out. I left with a few balded spots at my ear and in the back. My family saw what I couldn't in the shop so I had to fix it myself. Never again at pro cuts CC, Tx Saratoga 10-24-18. Definitely not barbers.

Eek. Worst haircut of my life. I went home and finished the fade myself. Terrible value for $18!

This pro-cuts is absolutely the worst place in Corpus Christi to get your haircut. They gave my son a buzzcut when I asked for a trim. The manager did not sympathize at all she just tried to blame me.
