Pro Pool & Spa

I have had this company through different ownership for almost three years for monthly Maintance. They promise call a heads and do not deliver. Two weeks ago I contacted them about repairing the pool light. I have had them promise call backs on 5 occasions. Still nothing including a call to the service manager from my route guy. Looking for other options.

Hired these guys to resolve an algae bloom we had, as we had used them in the past for a pump replacement and were pleased. However, they came out for the first visit to check our levels and add chemicals. Said they would be back on a specific day...they never showed up. I called and left a voicemail with no return call. I finally got ahold of someone and they told me that they would add our house to the end of their route, they never showed up. After several phone calls, unreturned voicemails or the inability to leave a voicemail due to a full mailbox, never showing up when promised, or calling to communicate with me, I finally just fired them and was left with a job half done. Poor customer service, poor follow-through, poor communication.

Contacted them to service my pool they came out and serviced my pool in a timely manner was real helpful with any questions I had and still service my pool and it looks wonderful

I called Pro Pool and Spa to have repairs made to my pool. They sent someone out so they could provide me a quote and said I would have the quote in about 3 business days. I have called them repeatedly over the last 6 weeks, with Amanda promising each time she would talk to the owner and call me back to provide an update. I have never received a call back from anyone. I have now contracted with another company to do the work.

This company does not care about their customers. They have several different phone numbers and no one ever answers or calls back. My pool started getting cloudy so I made several calls to have them come out and after 2 weeks my pool is now green. They attempted 4 times in 2 weeks and couldn't fix the problem but after speaking with my neighbors I now know why... they are not servicing our pools they have been caught sitting around talking on cell phones not maintaing pool. When confronted they went around it. Had to cancel my services and they didn't care ...didn't even try to make it right!! Do NOT go with this company!!
