My 2014 Ram 1500 was in need of new brakes. I took my truck to a local dealer and was given an estimate of $1200. In the past Pro Auto had done some work on another one of my vehicles and had done work on my son's vehicles and were quite satisfied with their work. I took my 2014 in and within an hour I was informed of what needed to be done and given an approximate completion time. I gave the go ahead and $486 later the truck was ready. I saved quite a bit of money with Pro Auto. I highly recommend Pro Auto for your automotive needs. They are very professional and provide you with quality work. Thank you Pro Auto.

I brought my 1995 toyota to pro automotive after a trip to another mechanic, and having the same issue turn up again. There was a sporadic misfire the engine would do, and then run normal again. I spent $350 the first time, and the problem wasn't resolved. Pro Automotive kept looking until they found the real issue, which was a single wire that had rubbed against an engine component and was shorting out. No more problems, and the price was fair. Excellent, real mechanic that won't just change parts on your dime until they get it right.

Fixed chewed up wiring by rodents. Was getting dash warnings. Would use them again especially for complex electrical issues.

I have a Chevy SS with some aftermarket parts that causes a lot of problems with every other mechanic I've been to. Pro Automotive was the only one that could accurately diagnose a problem without solely relying on the code reader, which doesn't work well with aftermarket parts. He's also very friendly and has even offered me auto advice over the phone to tell my current mechanic after I moved out of state.

Outstanding service, honest, over the top maintenance and trouble shooting. Fixed our 2012 jeep wrangler that Chrysler has many known problems with. Repaired the wiring issue that the dealership would have just replaced the whole harness to fix, after changing many unnecessary parts. Jamie is indeed a master technician. We use this business to have any other work we need done on our cars and trucks. WE WILL BE BACK!Thanks again Jamie....

Decent service, didn't have to wait too long(due to it being a simple fix). But the price was not worth it. $200 labor fee for a very simple fix. The parts was actually cheaper than the labor. But I already paid $70 for a diagnostic, which they said would be paid toward the fix if I got it done that day. They also did not list of the price break down until AFTER the work was done & the money was spent. Slick people, do not trust.

If there was a way to give a NEGATIVE rating, this place surely deserves it. They make you wait. They try to rip you off. How did they possibly receive all these positive reviews?
