This place has a lot of fishing gear, bait and tackle, and is conveniently located on the way to many fishing holes in the area.

Great selection of gear, awesome staff. No live shrimp though. Apparently none in this town which is odd.

If you are wanting to rent a fishing pole DON'T GO HERE. There is a place called Island Tackle where you can rent a pole for a reasonable price. The man at Port A Outfitters will tell you there are no places on the island to rent poles. He is just wanting you to buy one of his. But the workers here where very nice and helpful, so if you are wanting to buy some new poles, I'm sure they would be able to help you and answer any questions you had.

Check them out for all your fishing needs. They have clothing, tackle, live & dead bait. Located on W Cotter down from the ferry ride. Nice & clean store. To get bait you go around the back of the building to be helped. Customer service was great.

Great selection of bait and tackle related items. Good overall customer service. The guy selling bait at the bait window was super helpful and provided some advice on what types of bait work best.

I took my grandkids to part aransas this past summer and the two boys wanted to go fishing. They are novice fishmen and Amy was so helpful. Amy was great with my 13 year old. He broke his line right away and we went back and she was so kind and helpful to him. Tyler and Keaton were great also. I highly recommend this place

They are very rude and not shy about! I can't believe the young man working there is from Texas. He acted like he was from some rude state, ashamed to call him a Texan. We have own property here for 10 years and have been coming here all our lives. Don't go!!!! If I can give no stars, I would.

They have anything you will ever need to fish. From freshwater to salt. From slot reds to bull reds to sharks to croaker. They have literally everything. And clothes as well. Really cool shop. But, However if your under the age of 20 and you walk in make sure you have a $100 bull taped to your forehead. I'm a younger angler and I feel that everyone around me (older gentlemen) were being helped to full extent and I wasn't even acknowledged. Other than that this place was really cool!

The most crazy store I ever saw. Just for curiosity, I try to get in three times before and they always were closed.Today they were open. But, buy young gentlemen store worker, I was told to leave the store, because I have ice cream in my hand. The store have no visitors at that time, it was empty.Will never come back again.

I probably spent $200 this week at this spot. I came in this morning because my 9 year old needed to use the restroom , told her it was an emergency. The same woman that helped me out with fishing gear all week told me their restrooms were not public. I told her it was an emergency because he was literally about to pop and she said " you need to go to Stripes." Couldn't believe how cold she was. My kid was obviously struggling.
