Port a Beach Buggies

Total treat !Went in got signed up -paid and in a buggy for an after of beach cruising in less then 10 mins . Got a brand new shark themed buggy with great sounds from a Bluetooth and had a blast.Will rent again!**** I think the business reviews need to be only about the experience not a size of a person..... and everyone complaining should think about what they really expect... Yelp - likes to pick and chose reviews- "to keep the reviews balanced..." so stick to the product and service and don't make it personal.Geez so many people are so dramatic- while I'm over here like dude chill - go sit on the beach longer ... so dramatic.

Needed extra cart for weekend and looked like they had a few- stopped in, and rented one...Husky fella was extremely rude ... should have just walked out, and the cart was ragged out anyways.

Go elsewhere. Disrespectful, bad customer service. Cart was fine, but bad experience overall.

This business gave us great HONEST service and answered any questions we had. Easy to operate carts. Had a blast! Thank you again for such awesome customer service! We will be back for sure!

Good place to rent golf carts for the beach! They were accommodating to our needs! Would rent from again

HORROBLE SERVICE ! Called to let them know I'm dropping off a day early owner was rude right off by answering the phone . I'm guessing because he didn't want to lose the extra hundred dollars . Which I told him go ahead and keep the $100 I'm sure he needs it very bad more than me but he didn't have to act so rude . Then started telling me that I didn't know what the price I was talking about and after he pulled up my account which he said he didn't have my account and took them a while to pull it up , when he did pull it up he saw that I was one dollar off the price??? Then start off by saying that I can't rent from nobody else but him which is a lie people can easily rent from other places not to mention the golf cart that I rented made a loud noises and very poor quality could not steer vehicle at all hardly because his buggies have not been maintained, So was not fun to drive at all ,Also he tries to act like he's giving everybody a deal and discount which he is not. i'm sure he won't be in business for that long . And hopefully the HOA & other companies see this that he threatens people and cuss at them and gives very bad service which makes The places he services look bad which is gulf waters right now . Oh not to mention he threatened to try to fight me which I'm down for as I'm sure he's all talk , but I was too far away and I already left town to go back and meet him. Most of his reviews are all by his friends FYI So again be careful of this company .

We rented a buggy for a Saturday while at Gulf Waters. They brought us the buggy and was very nice. When we decided to keep it for an extra day all it took was a phone call and we could keep it. Great fun and easy access to the beach and to town!!

Please do not support this business! My family decided to rent here based on cart appearance rather than looking at recommendations first. Yes his carts are attractively wrapped... but the good experience ceases there. We had an issue with the key and returned before starting our day for repair. Scott immediately became very defensive and accused me of drinking and driving throughout the night and continuously tried to instigate me into further argument, though I refrained from playing his games. I agreed to every corrective action he came up with but he still remained combative. When my aunt who paid for the rental arrived, he was aggressive toward her as well. Even as new customers arrived he still continued this act. We rented elsewhere and quickly learned of Scott's negative reputation. Please shop elsewhere if possible.

I did not use all the time that I paid for and I asked the guy for a refund and he basically looked down on me and kept saying we close at 5 and I told him my kids and I don't have anything else to do for an hour and he was rude about the whole situation! Do not rent buggies from this place.

The obese guy behind the counter could not have been more rude and condescending when we asked about a rental. "Why are you stopping in, you should have just called? " he said. He reminded me of the mean dude in the force awakens that says to Rey "one quarter portion" , just fat, sitting on a pile of monopoly cash and thinks he's at the center of the universe because everyone rents golf carts. Whatever.
