Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Should have read reviews and skipped the trip. Ordered online. Meal wasn't ready. Stack up of customers at the drive through and in the store. Customer was loudly making a deal to sell some kind of merchandise on the phone at the front door. Got home with food. Chicken was under seasoned and partially raw. Won't give Popeyes in Portland another try.

I picked up a 5pc chicken strip meal for my grandson. I picked it up at 5pm. It took me ten minutes to get home. When I opened it I found 5 strips that had been under the heat lamp since lunchtime, they were so dry and disgusting that he wouldn't even eat them. One bite, and he spit it out. Cost me a freaking fortune as well. Went to KFC and got him some strips after we threw the disgusting Popeyes in the trash where it belonged.

Bad service, attitude every time, if you don't like your job, get a different job. Don't give me attitude because I came to the chicken restaurant and ordered some chicken. I didn't ask for anything extra or free or anything. I ordered efficiently and paid in the same manner and after all the attitude, you got my order wrong and refused to fix it because you were closing in 15 minutes. Bad form. I will never return to portland texas popeyes again.

The food is always hot and tastes fresh. Today June 20th at 3:40pm I forgot to read the cashiers name tag. She went above and beyond to let me know about the special. She was very kind and made me laugh which I definitely needed today. Love that chicken from Popeyes !

Last night my husband and I worked late and we decided on take out. I suggested chicken since we had always loved the food in Aransas Pass. (I work in Corpus, he works in Portland, we live in Sinton) Trusting that he didn't have to check the boxes. (No drinks, btw) on a $14.00 ticket for two Surf and Turfs, look at what we received!!!! Today he went back to talk to the Manager.Now, I understand what Judge Judy would say. You buy a steak, you eat the steak......but he wanted to know if the portions were a mistake. She told him 'no, that's how they are. Just like that.' I have one star as a rating. They don't even deserve that. Don't go here if you're hungry. Or, be like us...don't go back. They didn't seem to care.

This employee name Sierra was not good at serving she complained about how I couldn't make up my mind then was rude to me and other customers this lady doesn't do her work I watched her on her phone alot the whole time which is rude someone needs to get her in check bc she's making it to where people don't want to come in

Worst popeye's ever! Do not waste your time. Waited 10 mins for cold hard tenders! I think they were a day old.

Place is a mess water leaks everywhere. Had to wait for 30 min for my order to be ready when it's a fast food location. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

Classic Popeyes, 45 minute wait for incorrect order. Please avoid if you value your time in any way shape or form.

Waited extra 30 minutes waiting on my meal . Very unprepared for the usual rush hour for dinner . Still waiting on my order very pissed at this placed
