Good food and services the interior was clean but the bathroom wasn't that good it was nasty inside.

Terrible service. Was stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes waiting to order and receive my order only to get home and discover the order was completely wrong one meal should've been dark mild and the other white spicy and they were both the same...a spicy chicken thigh and mild leg. Neither meal was hot or had a biscuit. Red beans and rice was all beans with about a tablespoon of rice. Super disappointing.

I went here a few days ago with my daughter and nephew. We were surprised at the low prices, the cleanliness, and food was good for the price. Oh, the service was so friendly. So, hello and thank you to the friendly service. I would recommend for quick, inexpensive, and tasty fast food. We ordered off the seafood menu.

my friend and I pulled up into the drive thru at 9:49pm and an employee waited til 9:52pm to come out and say "sorry we're closed" so I said "umm no y'all close at 10" he was like " oh what time is it?" I stated the time. fast forward, he tells me to pull up to the window and order just for him and another employee to tell us they don't have what we're ordering. at that point my friend was annoyed and so we decided to leave. I didn't catch their names but one of them was feminine with short hair and the other had long, dry, curly-ish hair. I should've just made them make the food but I wasn't tryna do too much. anyways, never going back there ever again.

Bad Food, bad service, dirty ambiance . No soap in both restrooms, girls restrooms no toilet paper. They did not provide plates.We spent 47 dlls for such a bad ambiance and grotesc food

This is the worst chicken place in kingsville. I ordered my and get it. I think something smells burnt. So I taste my chicken and yup it smells burned. So I take it in for a refund. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru mind you. Get my refund and the guy behind the counter says it's not burned it's just bad grease cause our boss sucks. Why would you serve chicken in bad grease? Will never go back. Chicken express is so much better. Do better kingsville and Popeyes just do better.

Order online for drive thru pick up. Once at order screen I was told that there would be a slight delay because he was the only one working the whole store. Why even open? My chicken strips tasted "old" and I couldn't even eat one. It had a weird consistency when I bit into it. I recommend in the future not to open if you are solo. The quality of food takes a hit and service is slow.

absolutely HORRENDOUS went 2 times and the chicken was RAW and was served ROTTING beans never again

A recent visit was utter chaos. People were waiting 20 to 30 minutes to get an order, and then the order was wrong. No one seemed to be in charge. One woman demanded to see the manager and was told that they were in a meeting and unavailable. She asked for a number to call and they told her that they had no number available for complaints, that she could go to the corporate website and find the number there. Once I got home, I found my chicken to be burned and it edible, not worth the trip back. To top it off, the ice machine was down and there was no ice available for drinks. I go there at least twice a month and only recognized one employee. Something is terribly wrong with this location.

I love popeyes but they made me wait in line for 25 minutes just to tell me they got my order wrong so I had to wait an additional 10 min. Food was good but didn't expect to wait that long right after work .
