Absolutely the worst franchise in the entire country. Doesn't answer complaints. Ac has not worked in months. No response from the management or corporate. The corporate guys sent the message to the franchise and then marked it resolved. Never eat there!

I wish I can give a half star for how disappointed I am. I came here for lunch (my work hour) got to the menu and there's a sticker saying "order at window speaker doesn't work". Things happen, so I'm okay with that. I noticed 3 cars ahead of me. One leaves, so I drive up to the window. Now the window is wide open, there's a lady with her back to me. Her pants were FILTHY- they had her hand prints of white powder. I'm assuming flour?? Which would mean that is the most unsanitary thing ever. She's scooping ice, no gloves and says "can I help you" again with her back to me. But I couldn't tell if she was talking to me. Next, a gentleman comes from the front, he's on a cellphone call ON SPEAKER and he's yelling at whoever he's talking to. Instead of telling me they'll be right with me... the lady just walks away. I took that as my cue to leave. The thought of contamination, bugs being able to fly in since the window is just wide open and the unsanitary environment was enough to tell me to never go back. Absolutely disgusting

Drive thru took way too long and when I got home..... my order was wrong.A few lessons learned here and hope they help someone else before they go and order at the drive thru.

Pulled up to the speaker and hear "we're not selling anything from the drive-thru today."...enough said. Good bye, good riddance.

This place is an absolute disgrace, and I'm honestly shocked it's still in business. I can only imagine how much the AI system for issuing refunds and points is costing them, but it's clear they're not investing in proper service or operations.If you go in person, be prepared to wait forever, even if the place is empty. And don't expect your order to be correct, because you can almost guarantee something will be missing.Even worse, if you have it delivered like I did, you don't even have the option to get the missing items sent out--you're stuck with a refund or points. Half my order was completely missing, and the rest was wrong.Everything is too expensive these days to keep missing orders this badly. If the place is running this poorly, it wouldn't hurt my feelings if it was shut down and replaced by something that actually knows how to serve its customers. Maybe the area manager should start holding the poor management accountable at these locations and ensure things are running properly. How hard is it to look at the list of ordered items and actually put them in the bag? Given that this happens with every order, at this point, it feels like it's being done on purpose.This is absolutely garbage.

I had the most disturbed, disgruntled and disappointing experience at this Popeyes #11873. At the drive thru window, the staff's attitude is rude, argumentized with the customer using profane language. The staff's attire is grimy. The machinery at this place filthy. The manager yelled at me and would not give me a refund ticket (I did not get my food) and he threaten to call the police because I would not leave the premises. I insisted, he give me a refund sales ticket. All this happen because I complained about 4 other customers that arrived and got their ordered before me. No explanation just criticism. He did throw the sales ticket at me with a credit on my card. I'll never go back to this place.

Waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru, went inside and asked them politely for my order and the manager took my ticket and started on my order... i had a water with my meal and they gave me water from the sink... why ?? Restaurant needs some major help because it really sucks and it looks disgusting.

Food was okay but your going to wait 10-15 minutes just to order at the speaker. Literally 30 minutes just to get your order.

The girl at the counter was awesome. The building however was hot, it felt better outside than it did inside. In the middle of July in TEXAS this is unacceptable, not just for customers but to make your employees work like this. The most concerning thing was the temperature inside. There is no reason a building inside in Texas should be hotter than outside.

FOOD was so good. This emo cook is so fine. Whoever he is I want him. i I need his number for real! Service was so funny and good! I loved everything and especially how funny the people up front are. Don't care how long it took. I loved it! 10/10
