Very good service and the food that was ordered was nearly perfect I'd probably get a different sauce or ask for their not to be too much sauce on the boneless wings but they were delicious and sticky and crunchy and I was starving so it was worth it all

Service deserves 0 stars. Order is always wrong! Even when placed online. Should be no reason that the wait is so long also.

I used to love eating Popeyes fried chicken, but I dread visiting any of their restaurants. The last few years have been met with slow service...how come they can't be prepared for their day? Didn't they go through a day of business yesterday and the day before? The staff is typically not able to get the orders correct...I've had numerous instances where we got the wrong items or even someone else's order. The staff member taking my order overcharged us and wouldn't let me show her the receipt where she overcharged us. I had to speak to someone else who quickly corrected the issue. The restaurant is always hot inside for some reason, and unfortunately you may have to wipe down your own table. I might as well cook and clean at my own home with all the issues here. Not recommended.

I should have known better! Waited 25 minutes for my order ( I know the blackened takes longer, but not that long). They shorted us our sauces, and shorted me a tender( which were really dry anyway) and the red beans and rice didn't taste the same. Not going back to this location.

The food was hot and fresh. A young man who looked like he was rough was pleasantly courteous, respectful and very friendly. The ambiance .....???? it's a Popeyes for God's sake. I go for good food, great service.

This is the second time I visit this location, the first time their AC was out and the dining room was dirty but we got our food to go and it was a 10/10. Their service a 10/10. This time we visited and had the worse customer service and experience. I have never encountered someone with such bad customer service. While we waited for our food two people walked in to get their order fixed. We ourselves had to return to the front counter to get our order fixed and the cashier is probably still rolling his eyes. He rolled his eyes the entire time we were there. 0/10 for customer service, the food was 5/10. We got our order wrong, bagged incorrectly, missing items you name it.

Went to Popeyes again today (dumb, I know). But this time the chicken was really good and didn't taste like old grease (as pre normal). I was really looking fwd to writing them a good review after my meal. But, looking for my $2.99 banana cream cake, it not in the bag! Really? Really! I was too upset about It. Being a mobile order so I went back online for help. To make a long story short, they gave me 350 points for it to redeem next time am there. I guess it's better than nothing however, it made the chicken taste like old grease again.‍

It's always something with Popeyes, I went through the drive through and we didn't realize they gave us a dirty bag until after we left, I called them and all they said was "who did it?" And that's it it went quite from there end. Horrible service.

Why even have a Drive through if we ALWAYS have to wait for our food! In serious need of basic restaurant operations training food prep planning for peak times. Don't get your chicken at this Popeye's !!!!!

My order took an hour to get. When I told the manager on duty she took my receipt did my order then my sandwiches come out with a blob full on mayonnaise and my second sandwich was doused in spicy sauce never got the order fries never apologized never said I'm going to refund your money or anything for waiting so long and getting sloppy sandwiches work hard for my money just to be given food that looked like the got it out of the trash sloppy management I only say that because she made my order to bad you have to give it a start cuz I know I wouldn't have never going to this location again
