Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

ive had this popeyes before but this last visit was so bad, i cried. At first it was okay, they were out of everything i wanted but thats okay so i got the roasted garlic parmesan wings, with a side of mac n cheese and a water. the wings were cold, the mac n cheese was this horrible texture and there was a flavor there that tasted like the smell of old cheese. the person who took our order was very passive aggressive, like they wanted to get us out but it was like and hour and a half before they were supposed to close. (we went through the drive thru)also i used the bathroom before we were shooed out of the lobby, and it was dirty and smelled funky.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!!This has, up to now, been my favorite PLK francise in town. The service is the fastest in town. However, the rose has lost all its pedals. What was the best has ruined the experience.I drive for a coupon "2 can dine" meal and am on and off the property in about 3 1/2 minutes. No one in line ahead of me, they take payment quickly and deliver the box meal just as quickly. GREAT. Get home, the chicken is scalded. Burned. The meat within drying out. I will be going to other franchises closer to my home now. I drove past a couple to get here. No more.

Went through the drive thru, had to wait for 20 minutes. That wasn't a big deal, they were super courteous, gave us a couple free drinks. We got home and our 16 piece family meal, that we substituted wings for thighs, had 12 pieces, four of them wings. We were also missing all of our biscuits. Our family of eight didn't even get 2 pieces each. Very disappointing.

went through drive through and couldn't even get responses from the person on drive thru. THEN we had to repeat our order damn near 5 times. Then we get our food, it's cold and missing items. go inside to get our order right and the red beans and rice wasn't even cooked all the way through!!!! the kitchen looked a mess. trash everywhere and music blasting through the store. it's not hard!!

my girlfriend tried joking with a worker just to be nice and the worker was super rude abt it and gave us cold food

Went to my neighborhood Popeye's, this evening.. their sift drinks had a carbonation problem, tasted flat.The time before this time their ice machine was down, perhaps they should just do away with the soft drinks all together.They didn't have any boats for the chicken so they gave us boxes instead, and there was a roach in one of them.. the lady in the brown shirt, she just was looking at it, I never saw her throw it away, I guess she knocked it out and put it back.The restroom was filthy, and the table we were sitting it with sticky.

bought the chicken sandwich with fries an drink fries were not fresh at all they were full of grease like they had been sitting there the ice tea tasted gross like it was old tried calling back several times an no one ans and there was a lady that looked like a manager ..just bad bad food

do better popeyes. They were out of Dr Pepper , out of flounder sandwiches , out of ketchup , out of drink carriers. The employees seemed frustrated and rightfully so, if management can't even keep up with par levels for store inventory I can't imagine how they run the actual store.

I was told that having my gravy on the side and not on my mashed potatoes would run me $1.99. I ordered an 8 pc tenders, received only 5 TENDERS. I asked for hot sauce, wasn't given any. I also ordered two sides and got no spork. If you're going to have the audacity of giving me a spork as a utensil, at least give it to me. Instead I practically DRANK my runny, watered down mashed potatoes and $1.99 gravy. And before you ask, I was already home when I checked my food. On top of everything that was wrong about my order, I waited 30 mins for $14 worth of garbage.

This has had to been my worst experience ever in the restaurant. I went through the drive through first with my friend to order. When I was placing it the girl speaking was acting like she couldn't hear me and was yelling for me to speak up. So when I pulled to the window she already has a stank face n nasty attitude. When they gave my order I was missing serval items so I went inside and she was acting like I was lying about it. Very disrespectful staff never again will I be coming back.
