PokiYaki

I was looking for somewhere quick and easy for lunch today and this spot was perfect! They have Poke bowls, yaki bowls and other appetizer type stuff! This isn't like the traditional poke bowl restaurants where you go down the line and select your toppings, all the toppings are pre-selected for you, you just have to pick protein and sauce. But I liked all my topping so I thought it was great. Food came out fast as well. The inside has plenty of tables and chairs, and I came at peak lunch hours (12-1) and it was not busy at all. Plenty of parking spaces outside as well. Overall a great spot if you want a good poke bowl!

By far the best beef bulgogi i have ever eaten in my life. And that's saying a lot because i travel 5 days a week all over the US for 23 years. I would recommend getting the meat bowl with poki aki (sp) sauce and the spicy Mayo. It's crazy good. I can't stop thinking about it while I'm on the road and day dreaming about it all day and night. Trust me, you'll love it. Now the ONLY bad review, the lady at the counter can be bitch sometimes. Sometimes she can be nice. She needs to learn customer service. I even think she could be the owner. Also, the inside is super hot during summer time so if you don't mind sweating while you eat then the place is perfect. My recommendation to the owner is to hire a nice man/women that knows how to greet and treat with a smile and be nice to customers and their business would double.

It's a small little spot. You order and pay at the counter. Menu is pretty straight forward. The poki bowls are set with ingredients. Of course you can opt out of certain toppings or add extras. They don't have gazillion toppings like other poki place. I order salmon poki bowl with avocado spring mix ponzu soy and Siracha mayo. Yum! Portion is good size. All the ingredients are fresh. The one thing this place is lacking is the rice. They use white rice, dry and flavorless. Sushi rice should be a better fit.Would I be back? Yes. Next time I'll skip the rice though.

I LOVE my Pokiyaki! I get a craving for this place atleast once a week, I could eat it seven days a week if my wallet would let me. You get a whole lot of food for the price, I order the beef bowl with all the extras, it's always made perfect. Rich flavor and never stingy with the sauces. I love the simplicity of the menu. They are so sweet and super fast with service, I seriously can't write enough good things.

Probably one of the best poki bowls I have ever had !! I tried the salmon poki with all the ingredients- added avocado - it was perfection !!!! Just the right amount of - perfect portions and generous amount of salmon too ! They have a good selection of home made sauces - this poki was fresh and simple and genuine ! Long story short - I came back the next day to get the tuna poki ! It did not disappoint ! will definitely be a Corpus must when I'm in town !!

I visited PokiYaki during the soft opening and so far the food and atmosphere is excellent. The K-Wings are really yummy and perfectly crispy. They have Tangy Soy and chili red flavors for the wings. The Yaki Chicken dish is delicious too, full meal with a little bit of everything. The rice and tenderness of chicken was spot on.

I got the salmon and tuna poke bowl with soy Ponzu sauce and brown rice. It was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I would come here again.

I think I had some of the best wings (tangy soy) in my life from here. The chicken yaki bowl with Sriracha mayo and pokiyaki sauce was a great value, and the chicken potstickers with the creamy coconut sauce were so great!

Awesome food, especially the chicken. My wife ordered the Poke bowl and she loved it

The service was subpar. food was alright but overpriced for what it is. The soda fountain was "out of order" so they will charge you three dollars for a can of soda. you perhaps want a refill because the soda fountain isn't working , nope they charge you extra. lady at the front was demanding and not welcoming to new costumers. also the hours are horrendous.
