A fantastic gym for anyone needing a workout while staying in town for a long weekend. I was doing just that and was stoked to see this gym just 4 blocks away! super clean, open design, modern, well equipped. have day passes for just $10. the outdoor space is nice but lacks enough equipment for much oly lifting. benches and racks nice. did not use functional training/boxing space at all but looked nice. main gym space super nice. love the racks and platforms. top brand equipment, plates, accessory gear. a really nice gym and one i would use any time i am in this area. super nice staff as well. very easy to work with before my arrival to get set up.

Great staff and friendly people. Body Pump available. Workouts with Robert are great! Many treadmills available. Highly recommend.
