Pizza Hut

I thought the pizza and the service was great! And nobody yelled at me for not wearing a stupid mask!

We ate here two nights in a row. Pizza sounded good, y'all! Friday night and Saturday night the same two employees/waitresses were working. The first night our service was good other than the fact that part of our order - the appetizer - never made it out before the pizza was brought to the table. I cancelled the appetizer at that point. Strangely enough, this exact scenario played out at the Decatur location multiple times a few years back. Maybe it was a fluke....or maybe Pizza Hut employees don't quite grasp the concept of an appetizer. And yes, I specifically remember ordering with, "Water, please. And we'd like to start with breadsticks." Pizza was good. Saturday night, our second visit, went better as far as ordering - just barely! Our appetizer came out slightly before the pizza did. K. Pizza was alright. So here's the thing. Our waitress, after taking our order, brought a couple of pizzas and another item to the booth behind us where a guy was sitting. She then stood and talked to him for a good five minutes. After that, for the rest of the time we were there, she spent more time sitting with him, eating and talking, than she did working. Maybe she was on her break? I don't know. She got up several times to run to the register to check customers out before returning to her guest and meal each time. I even felt like I was inconveniencing HER when she got up to check on us...then sat back down. So strange! And completely inappropriate! It just looks so bad. Meanwhile the other employee was running around actually...working. Strange, strange standards they have at this location....

If they aren't messing up my order they are over cooking the pizza definitely not up to par for what I know Pizza Hut can do... update as of 07/11/2018 they must have changed staff or something here lately when I order my food has been right and hot good job guys

Pizza Hut should be ashamed to have their name on this place. The service is far beyond terrible. Placed an order yesterday for a large pizza with a order of plan wings. You would thing that's a basic order that could be completed in 20 to 25 minutes seeing that at that time there was only 8 dining room patrons there at that time. Here is the timeline to get my order.6:40 order placed. Was told it would take 25 minutes.7:05 was told that my order would take another 25 minutes.7:30 was told another 15 to 25 minutes7:45 was told my order was ready. No wings. Told to wait 15 more minutes.8:00 order was complete we thought.It took 2 minutes to get home and surprise surprise the pizza was cold due to being left on the counter for 15 minutes while they heated the wings.While all of this was taking place costumers that used the dining room where taken care of quickly while the take out costumers where made to wait. The moral of the story is take out seldom leave tips. Dining room do.

Never fails to not let me down. Either the pizza is wrong, over cooked, extended wait time or in todays case extra light on cheese in my calzone cause who would notice? Why do I keep punishing myself by coming back?

Very very basic PH! They aren't always consistent, actually never. The pasta changes taste almost everytime I order it. And I'm calling San Antonio for them to relay my order. No way to call them directly.

I ordered 2 Supremo P'zones. I could not order just one because it had to cost a certain amount to have it delivered. The delivery arrived and it was two sub sandwiches with peperoni, lettuce and tomato. Not a P'zone. Very disappointed but was hungry and ate it anyway.

Very disappointed in Pizza Hut here in Portland, Tx.I ordered a large pan pizza almost 2 hrs before I was scheduled to pick it up. I got there and they were understaffed I immediately noticed. When I finally got to the counter the lady gave me my pizzas so I checked them and my pan pizza looked kinda like a hand tossed pizza. So I let her know and she agreed it looked like a hand tossed and took it back to the cook and he told her it was a pan so I told him it was not and he continued to tell me it was and sometimes they are thin and sometimes they are thick. This is not the first time this has happened, I usually get it delivered and have never complained. So if I am wrong I am wrong but I have been eating pan pizzas on and off since I was a kid....

While enjoying a nice getaway to Corpus my fiancée developed a craving for a stuffed crust pizza after seeing a commercial for it from Pizza Hut. Last night we placed an order for delivery and we were not disappointed. Our double pepperoni and black olive stuffed crust was delivered to our hotel room in a timely manner. The pizza was steaming hot. My fiancée couldn't stop commenting how good it was. My expectations were low because of our Pizza Hut back home but this particular Pizza Hut has made me a fan again. The pizza was great the next morning too! Great food and great delivery service from this Pizza Hut.

Don't even think about curbside pickup. You will be completely ignored. Still waiting for my order that was "ready" 45 minutes ago.
