The rude heavy set Hispanic woman working the counter the evening of 4/22/15 is a total B*tch. I will never go to that location again. I still love Pizza Hut but she was rude.I had a couple of my debit cards decline and before I reached for some cash she yells out "YOU CARD DECLINED "! not once, but twice...to which she took great pleasure announcing in the store for all the rest of the customers and employees to hear. I can deal with my bank card declining, I had back up payment to pay for the pizza. But when I called her out on it she denied she yelled it out and I told her "yes you did'. She said "No I wasnt"...and then she told me to take my business elsewhere??? Um yeah, I sure can. And I did. She needs to be fired and work on her customer service skills. F- her.

Tried one of the new pizzas, the Jack G with meatballs, balsamic drizzle, and Hut crust sprinkle, thin crust. I have to say that it was really good. The new crushed tomato sauce is so light, and the meatballs were small but plentiful, tender, plumpy, and tasty. The chicken and bacon portions were small, but the flavor was balanced. They got the thin crust right, too: crispy but not burnt. The balsamic drizzle was very sweet instead of tangy like I expected. I didn't want the buffalo drizzle that comes with the pizza so we got the balsamic instead. Next time I'll try it though. I think I'll add pineapple next time too. I'm not a big pizza freak, but we order it because my hubby loves it. I think this new menu may change my mind. It's just lighter and fresher tasting instead of heavy, heavy, heavy. There are several spicy versions and a couple of interesting new flavors that I want to try now.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I'll be going back to Domino's from now on. There is no excuse for pizzas to take an hour to be delivered. You need new management! Thanks for leaving me hungry. Called the local number and was surprised when it was answered by corporate rather than local restaurant. It took more than 20 minutes to finally speak to the local manager -- a gentleman. He was rude. I cancelled my order and will not be ordering again from Pizza hut. #PizzaHut Corpus Christi

For starters, the manager does not know how to run his store at all! Every time I've ordered from this specific location, there's ALWAYS problems. I've only ordered from this store twice but I can assure you there will not be a third time. He sat there and talked to me like I was a complete dumbass and both times I resulted in not getting a pizza. WORSE pizza hut store I've ever attempted on ordering from. You're better off with another location. I love pizza hut don't get me wrong. But this store and the way its run by shitty management, isn't worth anybody's time. If I could give it no stars I would.

We ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños along with an 8-piece, boneless chicken wings order (medium) on 3-25-2017 and it's now 3-26-2017 and we still have NOT received our order. Way to go Pizza Hut! We settled for whataburger. Thanks and bye!

I absolutely hate to write a negative review of a local business but this was such a horrible experience that I feel compelled to let others know about how bad this place was for us. We ordered one pan style supreme pizza on Friday afternoon 11-10-17 around 5 p.m. and when I got the pizza home I could not believe how awful it looked. The toppings had been set up so that they were all dried out to a crisp on top of the pizza, the mushrooms were especially awful being all dried up so, and the onions were inedible. The pizza crust itself was okay but I've never seen such a poor job of pizza preparation ever before. I would have taken it back but it was just too much trouble to drive back to the place and then there's the potential confrontation with the manager over the quality of the pizza, etc., so we had the pizza after taking off the dried up toppings. I've gotten good pizzas many, many times before from this same Hamlin shopping center Pizza Hut but I will no longer be a customer. It's going to be Papa Murphy's for me from now on which is in the same shopping center. I also want to mention that the older man at the counter gave me a very strange look when I came in. I should have left then but I didn't. Pizza Hut, you just lost our business with this horrible pizza you sent me home with and if you do others as you did us, you'll lose them too. If a pizza turns out this badly you should offer to remake it instead of sending a customer home with it. And don't give your customers a blank stare when they walk in. You could at least smile or say "welcome."
