Pizza Hut

Craig Robinson tempted me one too many times with his commercials for Detroit Style Pizza. In an effort to save 10 bucks on delivery fee plus 20 percent tip, I sent a friend to pick it up since its close by. They literally gave him a regular pizza with the sauce on top in a circle, not the squareDetroit style advertised on TV that looks all awesome. If they were out of what I was paying for and ordering, they should of not let me order it. But whatever I was mad for a hot minute and called on the phone....no answer about 10 rings later so I hung up and ate the pizza that was edible but not great. So order here at your own risk. Oh and the boneless wings are just so so. Rant over.

Waited over an hour, my first time ordering delivery food. It was late, and disgusting and I threw it up. Yuuuuuvk.

I went to Pizza Hut for a buffet. Afterward I went to pay. The woman said something like no you don't pay now you pay after your meal turn around 180 degree, walk over to your table, sit down and eat! I sat there for a little while and said to myself you know what uh-uh and I walked out the back door without paying. I went through this elementary school to make sure I didn't get caught. If you want to dine and dash use this little escape route in the back away from the street.

I am completely disgusted with this place. I ordered a pizza for delivery to my hotel room. I had looked all around town for food, but most places close up early here. I finally settled on ordering pizza delivery. I placed the order, and the website showed delivery time of 11:18pm. By 11:45 I had no delivery, no phone call, nothing. I called the phone number of the local store, only to be greeted with an automated recording telling me the place was closed. Needless to say, this pathetic customer service experience just added to my frustration. I was forced to eat room service, a menu I did not fancy all because of the complete irresponsible negligent behavior from this place. Customer service is non-existent, customer experience was MOST HORRIBLE, and I Urge people, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR DOLLARS. They will not provide you with service anyway, so JUST DONT.

Well it was around dinner time and we decided to stop and dine in. Huge mistake! First of all the waitress was like not fully trained. She had to ask for assistance while taking our order. They brought us back kids cups since apparently their regular cups get stolen and the only had like 10 throughout the restaurant. Ok so we order a 2 liter since their soda machine was down and would only dispense Dr. Pepper. Well we opened the 2 liter soda and it was flat. At that point I was done. So we get up and walk to counter to complain about drink and was told since I opened it I had to pay for it. Well then I requested a corporate number and I was told that they didn't have one. That they were a franchise. Ok so I was told that the GM was in the store and that I wanted to speak to her. Another big mistake she was so unprofessional and rude. She raised her voice at me she felt I was just complaining about the service and that I was wrong. She continued to raise her voice at me and all I kept asking was how I owed on the soda. I told her she didn't have to yell at me. I was calm and composed. Well I told her she was rude and unprofessional. All kept asking was a total for the soda. She even told me to bring my own cup from home. She said since I asked her can't up irse count during your truck order. By that time the store manager was by her side and said forget paying for the soda and have a fucking good day. To which I replied well fuck you too by that point I believe I was in the right' I don't recommend Pizza Hut on South Staples by Del Mar college! Good luck if you visit that shit hole.

They never gave me my food I was there from 12AM till 8pm they never bring my foo. I asked were was my food and the worked said IDK.never come to this one!

Made an order yesterday and did not receive a refund for the food I didn't receive. Made an order today and received burnt bread sticks. Didn't even come with the customer service code so I could apply it to their online survey. Definitely don't recommend this place, I couldn't even get a refund on my burnt bread sticks.

I love pizza hut because of their pepperonis. They taste so good. Everyone should try it.

They delivered small crusty dry bits and called them boneless buffalo wings. The pizza was dry... they forgot to (or chose not to) put any sauce on the pizza! I could have just ordered the cheese bread & would be the same

Order pizza for delivery at 8:15pm and the website advised about a 50 min. delivery time. I finally received my pizza at 9:50pm and it was cold. I was worried it would be cold and it was. Disappointing
