Physicians Premier Emergency Room - Saratoga

Excellent facility, staff, services and rooms. The staff was so nice and professional, wait times were exceptional as were in a room in less than 10 minutes. Doctor and nurse visited together right afterwards. Wife had pain in her ribs and back that we thought may be gal stones. They did a CT scan and ultrasound in a very clean, comfortable, and cool room. We were released with a professional folder in a little over two hours. Much better experience than hospital ERs in the area.

My husband got COVID and the staff here are amazing, professional, and very good at what they do. Needless to say, my daughter and I were extremely freaked out because my husband was so sick. Turns out he had COVID pneumonia. They made arrangements for him to go to Spohn Hospital but not before they treated my husband to the best of their ability. I recommend this clinic 100%. They are simply amazing!

First time here- suffering from ear pain. I walked in and was seen immediately by Carmencita Spradling, I was diagnosed and out the door with a prescription in approximately 30 minutes. 48 hours later I received a call back checking on me! Great service and a very nice and unexpected follow up. If I have a need for urgent care again- this is where I will go.

The staff was very caring and patient with my anxiety attack. I was feeling very embarrassed but they were all empathetic toward me. No wait and very fast relief. Y'all are amazing!

***Beware***Please don't go This place is very deceiving. There's no way this is an emergency room.It's a mediocre urgent care,at best. they're charging emergency room rates and give them below standard care, even for an urgent care. It's a very small facility on the corner of a shopping strip, filthy facility and very rude employees! They're not in network with any insurance company (which is weird because if they were an emergency room, you would think they would be in network with at least one main insurance company.) I will be reporting this facility!They are definitely scamming the insurance companies by posing as an ER and charging higher rates! No wonder no one was in this facility! They don't have the equipment to be considered an ER just because they have a CT scan, all urgent cares have CT scan scanners now ,what a shame

Came here having an asthma attack because it was the closest to my house and wasn't sure I could drive but they said the only way they couldn't charge me upfront is if it was a medical emergency. Left and went to the ER and was put on fluids, I had to take multiple breathing treatments and had pneumonia. I tell everyone to avoid this place.

Preface: we have insurance and all of our teeth. Worst front desk experience. Met with a stunningly toffee-nosed young woman with horrible bed side manner. From greetings to exit she maintained unessesary attitude. Long story short- son bitten by spider, dead spider brought in to assist in identifying type of spider bite, nothing strange there. Rude front desk female said, "Oh, why would you bring that in, we dont need that." On repeat, with very animated disgust. More rudeness received on a variety of subjects whilst checking in. At this point I'm at a loss for words, because I cannot fathom why a young lady working in the medical field would be so utterly grotesque in her correspondence to people seeking medical attention. After son was treated, upon exit, she patronized me yet again, was so kind to remind me that it was an emergency room and I could have read the sign on the entrance doors. I can imagine she makes patients feel stupid and uncomfortable often. Left a hopeless lump in my throat for quite sometime after being in her presence.

This is my favorite ER to visit when i need to. Not only are the nurses and doctors are so very kind and helpful but any time i've been in they see me as quickly as they can and give me great treatment. They listen to your needs and concerns and address and fix them. 100/10 i recommend this place to everyone.

I was impressed by how fast they saw me, but more impressed with the knowledge and genuine concern about my visit. I hate having to go to the emergency but if needed I will definitely come back here and will definitely recommend Premier urgent care to my clients!

Went here this morning for my sons ear ache. Very friendly lady at the front desk, in and out quickly. Nurses and Dr very nice. Definitely recommend going here.
