Physicians Premier Emergency Room - Ennis Joslin

I used to go to this center quite often as I didn't have a primary care. The wait times and care were top notch. Over the last few times I visited the wait times were longer, the staff was not as kind and prompt as I had been used to. Overall the general service deteriorated to the point that I will be finding a new er to visit if I am sick or injured.

I took my wife because she had extreme pain and muscle contractions The care was excellent The Dr knowledge and great ability to explain and ease her fears.Nurses handled her with love and careHighly recommend

Went to the ER around 11 at night, with a pretty deep lacerated finger. I understand due to Covid-19 there are special precautions in place which were followed, but not a single person showed any care or interest in our situation. We sat in the lobby with a paper towel- blood soaked half cut off finger not even able to sign paperwork. Was told if you cannot pay something upfront you will not be seen and couldn't even get the techs attention from behind the counter. Not professional and not worth your time. Just go somewhere else.

Turned away because I am active duty military. Our baby was bleeding in my arms and they refused to treat her. Updating this review because Yelp apparently won't post short reviews.

Very impressed and grateful to the staff and Dr. Lowry. I was having a massive allergic reaction to some medication and had to be transported to the hospital. The doctor worked with me and my insurance restrictions. The hospital was waiting for me and started working on me when I got there. Everyone saved my life and I do appreciate it. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! My husband will be back for more amazing coffee!

I was very impressed with this facility. Clean, large, and able to run diagnostics quickly. Came in at 2:15 pm with our son wheezing and lethargic. Saw a nurse and doctor within 5 minutes of walking through the door. X-rays, breathing treatment, IV steroids, and we walked out of the door at 3:40pm with a smiling 7 year old. Nurse, doctor, tech and front office were all caring, compassionate, fast and friendly. Made a bad situation leaving town after Memorial Day vacation as good as it could have been.

Such a wonderful facility, very clean and respectable. I came in for what I thought was an emergency, in a state that I'm sure was tough to handle. However, the team here at physicians premier Ennis is one of a kind. They are kind and cared for me like I was their only patient. I was checked in very quickly and almost immediately was brought to the back within minutes. I've never been seen in an emergency room faster than I have here. I was not sure what I was experiencing but they did not dismiss me and my concerns rather than help me to understand what was truly going on. 1000/10 thank you all so much.

I am 6 weeks pregnant and was experiencing bleeding so I came to this ER. The lady at the front was extremely kind, she was probably the best thing about this place along with the nurses. When I saw the doctor, not only did she tell me I was wasting money but told me in not so many words that she would not give me service because I had insurance and wouldn't have to pay if I went to another ER. She told me to wait and go at 5am. she was disregarding of my feelings and situation. she was neglectful and rude. I do not recommend going here.

The words "respect and integrity" flash in bold on the billboard outside the clinic on Ennis Joslin and SPID...what a crock. Because we weren't treated with either of those things the night I brought my husband in, he was having trouble breathing and their only concern was whether or not he would use up all of their oxygen...so they decided they just wouldn't see him at all. That's right, we had insurance and we had money, but they chose to break their Hippocratic Oath. My husband died 8/25/21.

I was feeling terrible and needed to be seen quickly. My husband I decided to give Physician Premier a try and thank goodness we did. I was seen very quickly and was very impressed with the facility and staff. From the front desk receptionist to the nurse to Dr. Grieme everyone was so nice and caring. I will recommend Physician Premier to friends and family.
