Pho’Tastic & Deli

From a vegan perspective, I would recommend you check it out. The Spicy Ginger Tofu is delicious. It is flavorful and has a bigger kick than I would've expected. The vegan pho was okay, could've used more flavor. The servers are very kind. There's always a fly flying around the restaurant, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD!!!!!!!FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!Pho'Tastic started making Vietnamese Catfish and it is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Strongly recommend this restaurant for the fresh variety and diverse selection of delicious Vietnamese and Asian dishes! They have Pho and Vietnamese sandwiches, curry, delicious stir fry dishes, hot pots, and Vietnamese hand rolls! They also have boba and specialty drinks and they are constantly adding new things! The owner and his wife, Mimi, are fabulous chefs and wonderful people. Please go support their restaurant and try their diverse selection of seafood and authentic dishes. You'll absolutely love it and be happy you tried it!!!!

Love, love love. Lots of times you get a little worried bone broth or other animals will get into your veggie Pho, but not here :) delicious and one of my favorite things ever. The Vietnamese coffee makes you magically high

In Corpus Christi, Texas area this is hands down the best place to get pho second best is Hu Dat on Staples I haven't liked any other locations. But back to reviewing Pho'Tastic & Deli the service is personable they remember my face and order and go above and beyond sometimes I dine in and sometimes I pick up take out I would say the service is consistently great the ambiance is simple they have a tv usually airing sports but I enjoy it. Note the picture is the beef or filet pho I have switched back and forth the crab ragoons not pictured were good but cold in center I reheated later. Please note my picture is post me adding sweet fish sauce Sriracha soy sauce and hoisin sauce.

Food is fresh and delicious, service is very good, friendly and informative. The ambiance is great, clean and relaxing. This is now one of my favorite spots here in town. Amazing!

I have probably eaten here about 10 times and every time I get the pho because it tastes so dang good. This place is rarely ever packed and I would highly recommend to anybody visiting Corpus. The people are really nice and the atmosphere is amazing as it feels like a tiny shop.

Food wasn't taste good, i ate spring roll which taste bad and my daughter ate bbq pork with rice, it made me and my daughter sick. My daughter got vomited and diarrhea til now. My husband is ok bc he didn't eat the food.

Service friendly. Ambiance is 0. Located in a strip center. So don't expect that. I've had much better Thai, Vietnamese and Asian food at many other places. For some reason my daughter and husband like it.

I was refused service here because they didn't like that I left my table a few weeks prior. However, I had sat down and ordered everything I wanted, and continued to wait for at least 30 minutes without a drink or any attention from the waiter at all. I didn't complain, I just simply left since I had to be back at work by a certain time. Today when I sat down at a newly wiped table that smelled of sweat and mildew for some reason, I was confronted by the same ginger waiter about that day I had left. I explained that I had waited a long time without any service or drink after ordering, and she said they couldn't serve me unless I paid for that day's ticket since they made their food fresh. Perhaps I wouldn't have left if the waiters hadn't been so neglectful.

The food here is always amazing! The lemongrass bahn mi, the pho, and the grilled pork spring rolls are always our go too! The combo vermicelli bowl is another great option!
