Pho 68 Vietnamese Noodle House

Traveling from out of town for work. My corporate card is an AmEX. Unfortunately they don't take AMEX. Had to leave.

Had not been here in a loooong time. Staff very friendly. Spring rolls fresh and crspy vegetables but maybe too much lettuce. Could not taste the rest of the roll. Peanut sauce had too much sriracha. Could not taste the peanuts. Pho was very flavorful and hearty. Best pho I have had in a while. Makes one want to come back for more!

The food is amazing and the portions are very large, the ambiance is that of a typical strip mall Vietnamese restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful

Such a great spot for Pho! Seriously some of the best ever! I haven't had any other food besides the pho, spring rolls & egg rolls. All which we love.

I waited for the lunch crowd to clear and was glad I did. Not many people after 1:30. New waiter, but very friendly. I ordered the usual, Spring Rolls and the Combination beef Pho. I was not impressed. The Spring Rolls weren't fresh. They're the shrimp and beef kind, and they tasted like old seafood. Like the sea, actually. Then my pho came with some very old vegetables (bean sprouts, lime wedges, and sliced Thai peppers). I asked for some sweet basil, as they seemed to have used someone else's vegetable plate to serve me, and it didn't have any. Again, very good service. But the pho was lacking in volume. Hardly any meat and even fewer noodles. This is one of two pho places in Laredo, and the other one is worse. Might have to get my pho fix elsewhere from now on. Oh well.

The restaurant has friendly staff and the menu items are decently priced. The pho soup is kind of greasy, but the goi cuons are freshly prepared.

Soups are good, service can be a lot better. Be specific of what you want because they will bring you something entirely different. Best soup I've had.

I usually order the broth here and ohhhh my goodness, the broth is soooo full of flavor! The employees are always polite and come to make sure everything is to your liking. The place smells amazing and is such a cozy experience! Highly recommend!

It's okay. I would go again but maybe order something different. The Vietnamese egg rolls were hot and fresh; however, the dish was served with a tiny bit of lettuce (couldn't even wrap around the egg roll) and the lettuce was getting old and slimy. The rolls were not served with fish sauce, but with another spicy sauce, it was fine, but I would have preferred the traditional fish sauce. My main entree was the rice dish with BBQ pork and fried egg. It looked and tasted ok, but the fish sauce really saved this dish and made it taste really good. Next time I may try the pho, if I ever get a craving for Vietnamese food in Laredo.

My family is from Houston. I ordered Special combo Pho and my husband had rice with chicken and egg roll. Pho was authentic and excellent. My husband loved Chicken rice plate. Service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
