If I could give 0 stars I would. She forgot my order of apple bites and smushed them when I went inside from the drive thru. Never recommend
Burnt fries and forgot my mashed potatoes. Gave attitude and rushed me. Never returning . Worst experience EVER.

The outside menu is hard to see. The manager taking the order wasn't too happy about me mentioning that it was difficult to see the menu either. Yikes!Ordered gizzards that were fairly over cooked as they were very tough. Not my best experience, but may try them again on another occasion. Sad post.

Ordered delivery from DoorDash, and we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken pieces were large and crispy, gizzards were a little spicy but good; the onion rings, okra, Mac and cheese and coleslaw were good. The food was delivered still hot! We have been very disappointed in the prices of other chicken takeout places lately, Pete's was very reasonable, and the food is good.

I don't know what happened to this place. I've never had chicken that was so bland I couldn't finish. I've never felt sad after eating fried chicken before. My dog chose grain-free dog food over what was left. This chicken was marinated in water. This chicken never saw a grain of salt in its life. This chicken's parents didn't allow flavor in the house growing up. You would think the grease it was fried in, would at least garner it some sprinkle of flavor, but no. This chicken was fried in the Sprite Zero of greases. Greasy, crispy, but even hot sauce couldn't save this one. This chicken died for nothing.

Went for dinner through the drive through on a Wednesday evening. The chicken seemed like it was re-fried. The fries seemed fresh but absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. We asked for the military discount like we usually do and all we heard multiple times is, "no one has the discount card to do it!" It's ok if we don't receive it but have better customer service skills. Don't act put off because we asked.

Good food. Love the burgers there. The only thing I have a problem with is that every time I go my order is always wrong. Im always missing something from my order. And when I call to complain, they are very rude. Customer service needs some work.

First let me start by saying, if you haven't stopped by Pete's Chicken, you're missing out! The moment you walk in, you will be greeted with a friendly staff. My shout out to Mari who was extremely polite. When I told her it was my first time there, she was so ready and genuinely wanting to help. She did a rundown of the menu and what they had to offer. It was a hard decision, but I ended up going with the Family fish meal that came with 2 large sides. I choose the Mac-n-cheese and fried okra. I also added the green beans and topped off with fried apple pies. My family and I enjoyed every bit of it. I'm looking forward to trying something else on the menu next time! You won't be disappointed by giving Pete's Chicken a try.

Rude staff. I went to pick up an online order. Was told to move my car by a worker who came out to delivery food to customers. I parked where she pointed to park. Communication isn't their strong suit because when I walked into the store a young man working there flipped out on where I parked by telling me to "move your car or I'm not giving you any food" lol. I literally laugh at how ridiculous that is. I didn't even have words for how strange that was so I just walked out and cancelled the order. So first impression was terrible and ol Pete can keep his precious food.

We go to Pete's chicken often and today was the worst ever the chicken was dark like it was cooked in burnt oil and very greasy when I called the store to complain the worker left me on hold for 10 minutes and when i finally got to speak to someone they were very rude I will never eat there again

Ordered a dozen gizzards. I received 5 gizzards, 6 half gizzards and a fried pickle. I think everyone knows what a gizzard looks like. It is basically two round pieces usually attached to each other. Sometimes they separate and at that point it is one round piece, not a full gizzard. So my order had a total of 8 gizzards and a fried pickle, clearly not a dozen. They made the order right by adding four gizzards. Upon leaving, I showed the manager a pic of a gizzard, and asked if they would be counting a half gizzard as one. And he told me that,s the way they come now and he was counting each piece as one, regardless if it was a half gizzard or a full gizzard. I am very disappointed as gizzards and tea was the only reason i came to Pete's. I told him I would not be returning. I also pointed out that he buys the product in a box by weight, not per piece.To be fair the gizzards are delicious, but I can not pay for 12 if I'm not gonna get 12. He did say he was sad that I would not return, but failed to recognize how he is shorting his customers.
