Pest Patrol

Sounds like this Billy Wynn needs to GO!!! Those bad reviews are a few years old (just noticed) but Pest Patrol deserves good reviews. I've used them for years at our homes and condos on the Island and they always come through! They send very professional and caring techs out. Don't let one bad employee turn you off to an otherwise great company. I'm about to reinstate them now that we are here permanently! Kent Neilson really cares about his clients!!! I had Billy Wynn come and do an inspection a week ago. He arrived late but I thought I'd give the company a chance anyway. After not hearing back from him for a final quote, I called today and he acted like it was MY FAULT for not calling him sooner! He offered no apologies. If they take a week just to give a quote, and I'm going to spend a huge amount of money to get the job done, I'd expect better service than this.No thanks.

We've used Pest Patrol for over ten years now! JOE is the man! He's always on time and is a really nice person! We have had every critter you can get on the island and they treat everything to the point that we are very happy with the results! I highly recommend Pest Patrol!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Untrained teenage service tech knew we had cats, yet put industrial strength glue traps out in our garage where they would come into contact with them. They did. Took my wife and I about 10 minutes to remove it from her fur with scissors; she was incredibly frightened. Thank goodness it didn't get stuck on her face, eyes, paw pads, etc. Cancelled our one year contract immediately the next day, but had to deal with Billy Wynn, the most unprofessional hack of an employee I've ever dealt with. When his BS attempts to get me not to cancel failed - He tried to explain that the traps are used for "tracking."' He laughed when sharing how his two-year old child got stuck on one - he basically hung up. Then overbilled us for a one-time visit, refunding less than was due. This is an unethical, unprofessional organization that should be avoided.

Very professional service and competitive pricing. You can set up quarterly visits and they will remind you or come out sooner free of charge if you have issues. Every appointment they have shown up within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. Highly recommend.
