Besides a week to fix our car when we got there to pick it up their employees were driving it to pick up lunch and parts . Under new management very unreliable

I had a on-going issue with my Honda hrv rear brake light out. After 3 weeks of trying to get auto shops to diagnose, took it to Performance Auto Tech, Benys listened to my issues, got his shop on it, 15 minutes later they tell me i do need to replace whole taillight Led assembly lense. Benys ordered the lense, next day lense arrived, Benys called me to bring car in to install lense. I arrived late afternoon, shop was busy, Benys took my suv into service shop, about 20 minutes later Benys came & said your car is ready! Wow! Awesome service! Honda dealer wanted 1200.00 for this replacement, install. Yes, 1,200.00. Perfrmance Auto Tech did the job for 541.00 total. I am very satisfied & still amazed how they did the work so fast. Thanks Benys & Performance Auto Tech. I highly recommend them.

Performance just performed ADAS calibration on my Merano front end camera. They did an outstanding job. I recommend Performance for any service and repairs. They are the best auto shop in Corpus. I will never take my cars to any other shop. They are the best.

4 weeks they had my vehicle for rubber coolant hose . Called asking for money before work even started work. Oil pan gasket leak that is now leaking worse due to oil pan gasket was replaced with gasket sealant and not the actual part that I was charged for . 3300 dollars later and 4 hr drive back home to put it back in a real shop. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Napa auto care service needs to start doing quality control of their shops.

These guys were great. I called them and was fit in immediately. Guillermo,Lester and the front office staff were all quick and friendly. My car was diagnosed quickly and professionally. I will definitely come back for repairs. Jacklyn

Winter Texan from Canada. My 2012 Ford Escape starting making a loud rumbling sound while here in Port A. Because of the reviews here, I decided to drive the extra distance to have this problem resolved, after dealing with a local shop on the island for another small issue where I was way overcharged. I figured it was something to do with the exhaust manifold. The problem was badly rusted nuts. They had me fixed up and out the door really quick and the price was what I had hoped for and better than I expected. I will definitely go back there again if I ever have any other car issues in the future. It was well worth the drive from Port Aransas. The staff was very professional and friendly. Too bad I didn't go there for the previous issue.

The Performance Auto Tech Tire Pros team is outstanding! I took my Cavalier in for a wheel alignment and was pleasantly surprised. They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff who listens to you and cares about doing the job right. They are quick, efficient and well priced when compared around town. First they said two days to fix headlight and small piece on undercarriage. Couple days later they said they can't fix it and have to send to one of their body specialist and will take a week to fix. That guy never called me to go over price or what was happing with the car, I waited a few days. Then the person I spoke with first calls and says the body shop guy is on vacation for a week. That's more than a week in the shop nothing being done. This place has poor management, poor communication and poor track of their employees. I will never go back.
