Paradise Spa & Nails

I went in yesterday to get a full set and pedicure. My pedicure was amazing! However, I was extremely disappointed with how my nails came out. I returned within an hour of leaving to have them fixed, and was informed by the owner that it would be an extra fee to fix them. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude and spoke over me when I tried to explain how I wanted them shaped. So, I left the salon a SECOND time still upset with my nails! The end result was so awful that I had to shape/file them myself. The first two photos are the salons doing, and the last one is what they looked like after I fixed them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

New owners and great improvements! I came in with a picture of what I wanted for my cruise. Mario not only did what I wanted but they look even better than the example. Pedicure with a glass of wine was relaxing and perfect for a Sunday afternoon. No chemical smell, lots of options including SNS. Will be back!!!

I just moved here from California, after a not so great experience at a nail salon near Politics I decided to give this place a try. The decor is really pretty and I was greeted with a smile by Tina. She's really friendly and funny. She offered me a water, wine or margarita from their new margarita machine. I decided to give one a try. The margaritas are pretty good. My pedicure was nice and long, you pick a scent for your tub which is fun. The pedi tubs have a fresh new liner for each new client and the tools are sanitized and come from a sealed package. Tina did a great job on my acrylics. Today Karen did a great job as well. I'm so glad that I've found my nail spot

I've gone back a couple more times and the attention to detail has gone downhill. I hadn't been back in almost a year and tried again the other day b/c the ambience is still great for a girls day. But I regret it. My cuticles were so poorly groomed that the manager noticed while I was paying and began to trim them again herself. My nails still had that piece of nail stuck to them that you have when you don't file well/completely. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. Won't be going back.

Came here so my sister in laws could experience mani/pedis for the first time. We had a blast! They have tons of scents to pick from for the water for your pedicure and have big comfy pedicure chairs. My feet are in rough shape after 12 hour hospital shifts and they fixed me right up. My sister in laws are primarily Spanish speakers and the staff made extra effort to communicate with them and make their time here special. I absolutely adored that. I will definitely be back.

This is the only I'll come for my nail needs. If I can't make it I'll wait. The inside decor is nice and they do have complimentary margaritas, wine and water on hand. They have tons of scented oils that they use for your pedicure should you choose to get one. They take their time and actually massage your feet and legs thoroughly. One thing I love about this place is their polish selection. Endless color possibilities with both regular and shellac polishes. Karen is an eyebrow goddess. I recommend trying this place if you're wanting to relax & feel pampered. Paradise nail and spa definitely gives you that spa feel.

Although the staff is very friendly, the manicure I got was poorly done. I expected much more and ended up with lousy looking nails that are going to have to be redone somewhere else.

I was in town visiting and needed a relaxing spa day I was very anxious and stressed since I go to the same salon in my home town and don't tend to use anyone else! I choose this salon because they had good ratings looked clean from the pictures and it was a block down from where I was staying. I had the greatest fasted and most importantly high quality of service!! Not one thing I could be dissatisfied with today at my visit!! Would come back in the future and would refer everyone here!!

Clean salon, friendly people, scented water, and free drinks! I got a mani/pedi, price was standard, and I had a great experience. Will definitely be coming back!

First time me and the wife visiting this place. Nice setup, clean, four choices of pedicures, complimentary margaritas (mango & strawberry). I was manicured and pedicured in about an hour, but my wife on the other hand her service was a little slow - it took about three hours. Prices seemed to be reasonable in comparison to other salons of equal. I gave this spot three stars because of how long it took them to take care of the wife. We might try this salon again only if we have the time. Update - Subsequent visit, like always we made an appointment- 2 hours later and 5 people that came in after us. Even if you have the time being looked over and not tended to is no excuse for that type of customer service! I do not recommend this place any longer.
