Papa Johns Pizza

It SUCKS when after a LONG DAY you have to wait an hour for pizza that is not made correctly and the family is super hungry. Then you have to wait longer for them to remake it!!! ROLL THE DICE, maybe they will get the order right, when they first opened approx 1.5 yrs ago, Papa Johns on Morgan St use to make great pizza with nice amount of toppings.I'm getting tired of cold pizza being delivered, very little toppings (even after ordering 2x each topping).I have spoken to Peter and James at least four times to correct these issues. They say we have portion sizes to match is the reason they give for so little toppings. Better stick to Dominos or Pizza Hut!

This restaurant is CLEAN! I'm not a pizza snob and only want one style of pizza like some seem to be and this pizza is a little different from other chains. The crust isn't too crunchy and the ingredients are fresh and plentiful for the one you order. I've had two from here now and enjoyed both. It's close to my job, so I'm glad to have something in the area other than taquerias and fried chicken. Service was friendly and prompt and the owner is on hand to oversee the operation. Really nice guy who cares about the product.

I've ordered from this location 3 times and each time, the food is good and the delivery is on time! I'm so excited to finally have Papa John's delivery in my area. For the longest time, I've either had to settle for the other 2 pizza companies (whose quality is not always consistent) or drive to a Papa John's location that was not close by.

I use to love getting pizza & wings from Papa John's, but today for some reason the food wasn't all that good today. But maybe it was just me, although Love the fast delivery, within 20 mins I had my order.. and my delivery driver was very friendly

This location has done a total 180 with the new ownership here. I happened to meet the owner who was very friendly. When I came to pick up the order the manager came to the door to bring me my food! This is not common place but definitely worth mentioning. I'll be coming here from now on! Great service and food is excellent as well! Great job!

My pizza had no cheese all sauce.Very little toppings and did not chase good at all. They also did not include my receipt with the delivery. However they did get the pizza here within a reasonable amount of time.

Fast shipping to our hotel. Order came complete and no problems at all. Will buy again.

I am so disappointed - we are not hard to please and I always tip super well to delivery drivers ... they messed up my order j ordered the special two large two toppings and a drink - they forgot one and blamed me and tried to say I only ordered one pizza ! I have a family of six ! I never order less than two . So then they said the would charge me for pizza Individually after they are the ones to mess up my order - they were not on time pizza was not hot . Kids disappointed ..... I am on keto I don't even eat pizza or was for them and they ruined it and weren't even apologetic about it .
