After not only witnessing unprofessional behavior inside the location I have repeatedly seeing unprofessional behavior outside the business when it's employees park in the disabled parking spot in front of the location for their own convenience. I have reported this multiple times through their website and no Corrective action has never been taken.Most recently witnessed this two weeks ago and I have since closed by Papa John's account and will no longer be visiting any of their chain locations.Find it absolutely disgusting for any perfectly capable person to utilize a disabled parking spot for any reason even when the excuses I'm going to be just a minute. And for them to blatantly do this well where are you need the Papa John's uniform just shows your companies disregard for those Americans with disabilities.

Similar experience that others mentioned. Placed the order. After an hour, the food never came and the phone number isn't being answered for escalations. My 3 year old is starving and crying. Papa John's - we expect much better! Truly disappointing.

I ordered the pizza they said 35 to 45 minutes. After an hour and a half no-show, no call, and worst of all they stopped answering their phones. Meanwhile my six-year-old child was going hungry so We have to leave our hotel room and find the nearest Chick-fil-A at 8 o'clock at night. Oh and I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Very poorly run business.

This papa johns has their drivers park in handicap spots... Let me repeat myself. HANDICAP spots. When I told the driver that was he was doing is not cool he then proceeded to cuss me out and even threatened to "beat my sorry a**" and then speed off. I called the manager and she said there was nothing she can do about this employee.I have ordered from this papa J's before. I got a large pizza and a 2 L root beer. When my order came it had the large pizza (wrong toppings) and two of the 16 oz rootbeer a and they said they where out of the large ones. That would be fine. But basic math shows that there should have been 3 16 oz drinks to make up for the smaller sizes. I told the manager and they said my next order will have the drink free. So I ordered another pizza the following month and asked for the drink. It did not come...My dad had a free pizza with points he has from a different papa J's. So we got the free pizza. Another pizza and I asked for the drink, again (third time now)Since we ordered online I had to call and ask for the drink. Our online total was about 18 dollars in all. When I called and she added the drink and then comped it. She said the new total was 43 dollars. That since I called the store and she messed with our order we can no longer have a free pizza or the online coupons we used. After 30 minuets on the phone I finally got the price down to the 18 dollars with everything. But why would anyone want to spend that long trying to get the price you already agreed to pay? No oneWith all that said. You are better off going to the dominoes, or Pizza Hut. You will save money and time, plus their staff is actually nice and won't threaten to hurt you or your family. and the manager actually cares at dominoes.

On hold 6 minutes hung up called back on hold 3 minutes then girl answers and started to get my number then says going to get my order from another phone and never came back on the line, hung up after 3 minutes. I called back and ask is she is ready to take my order, and she said she has to put me on hold because she has 6 people in the lobby and callers on hold. With that being said we went to B&j instead. This place needs management to get involved.

This Pizza is the BEST I have had. We were staying at the Hampton Inn in Corpus Christi and the delivery guy got lost. That was the only problem. From now on I am a Papa Johns Pizza fan

The manager at this location is so unprofessional. I wanted to order 6 pizzas for a large party and asked to use a coupon for them. The coupon was 1 large 2 topping pizza for 8.99 and I wanted to order 6 different combinations of pizzas. She would not allow me to use the coupon and was very rude! When I asked to speak with a manager she demanded she was the manager and there was no one else I would be able to talk to. Papa Johns lost my business for a lifetime as I will never order from the company again.

Well well well.....it was inevitable, the pizza has generally declined in the last few years and now the service has gone to shit too,orderd (reluctantly) from PJ's for VD knowing they were (like everyone was busy that night in food industries) gonna be a while, orderd at 6:30p.m. put a movie on...and waited..tracker showed pizza deliverd but NO PIZZA MADE IT?!?!?!?called at 9:00 p.m. "the pizza is on the way" we were told.. more waiting...10:00 P.M. NO PIZZA.....called back ,"we can make your pizza, but it's over an hour wait" was the line the "Manager" told me.....WTF?????!!!!!! WAIT UP, we orderd at 6:30, now ya saying make be 11:00????? Well he offers to put us "down in the book for next time"... I re-assured him we were never going to use P.J. again....
