Never in my life have I been spoken to the way that this Papa John's employee manager spoke to me today. Maybe it's because I'm a person of color that he felt it was OK to talk to me like this. Not only did you hang up on me and not aaccept A credit card payment but the driver himself also said that no one on his shift wants to work with him because he such a bad manager. He sounds incredibly young and extremely rude. You hung up on me two times and wouldn't allow me to make a credit card payment. The 3312 coastal highway location is part of the problem. Your employees think it's ok to speak to people the way the previous ceo did. This is not ok. I'm saddened.

So Papa John's Pizza likes to call their customers liars. Here is my recent review:I received a gift card from former co-workers ( special education teachers and staff) as a going away present. After many messages and calls, it was discovered that the card was not activated. Ok fine, activate it. No they can't do that because I don't have a receipt and don't know where it was purchased. Instead of just being a proactive company and replacing it, this Company implied I was a liar, and then a csr from a the corporate office said she would replace it. She got very snotty with me and actually said she would mail it without taking my address. Then, the online customer service said they will not replace it. So they imply I lie and then ACTUALLY lie to me to get me off the phone. Way to nail that customer service folks. By implying that a special education teacher, or other special education teacher are liars and then lying to me! Wow! They said it is "only $25". Well then replace the card. I will never do business with your unethical company again. Way to go.If any one would like to go on their FB page and let them know that "only $25" is sort of important, and that calling a special education teacher who is a widowed single mother that has helped establish programs for people with disabilities a LIAR, and then LYING to said customer, hey I'd be cool with that. Mention my name! I hope that they choke on that $25. Jerks.

It was terrible . I'm afraid I'm going to be sick tonight. I got a pizza from the Papa John here in San Antonio on Austin Hwy. Today. July 1st. The pizza was old, tough and the olives were bad. The only thing nice about it was the man working the register. He came out to my car and was great. He couldn't help the bad pizza. I paid 14. 00 and some change for the pizza and a coke. I will never order from papa johns again! I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and i received a regular pizza crust. I called them to see what went wrong and if they could fix it but all i got was attitude so i told them i would never order from them again. I soon got an email from the general manager that stated this: I looked over your online order today and unfortunately you had not placed the order as a stuffed crust. You ordered an original large. Please review the receipt that is emailed to you so your able to see what I mean. Also my manager had no attitude today not even when she got cussed out by you. She simply let you know the same thing I stated above and you made clear that your not gonna argue this as you said. You also made clear that you won't be ordering from us again so I don't see why I'd bother offering anything since it will go unused. I'm sorry that you didn't order the correct items you wanted but we unfortunately can not change that when you place it over the web. Have a wonderful weekend and take care. I have to say your customer service is as it has always been. TERRIBLE! Not trying to find out what happened is pretty much a lazy way of saying you dont really care about customers and especially when you send an email to them like this. As a manager you should be wanting to correct what went wrong instead of sending an email claiming i cussed someone out which i never did. All i said was that i would not order from you again. I am handicapped and ordering food is not a luxury it's a need and papa Johns and it's manager Darmarcus is a joke my order was not correct and should have been corrected and now after a dozen calls my order is still not correct and each time they say someone will call me back and no one ever does i reply wonder if they will not correct a 20.00 order what would happen on a large order, so many companies become large and forget what it took to become large I wonder if Shaq would want to be involved with such a company I know I would not

Hello Papa Johns Corporate Office I have left you all kinds of messages about my refund and not had not one phone call nothing I still have the receipt of the order the young lady said when I talked to her she said it was going to be a full refund I have not received anything is this how the your employees treat consumers with out consumers you would not have anything without God you would not have anything one bad comment from a consumer its like this virus its spreads and kills people just like it is doing with your company do want want to be able to get good reviews and not have to worry about your business going under well think about your store here in Copperas Cove how they answer the phone and lie to the consumers on the other end and promise hot food and 4hours late ,I sorry this is the worst place we have ever ordered from change the manager and the whole crew or you will loose that business have any questions call my mothers cell phone 254-368-3765
