First, I want to apologize to the manager at Panda Express on Saratoga for losing my temper...I was so disgusted and so angry....I walked up to order and I could see they were busy so no problem.....a server with pretty eyes came up and asked my husband what he wanted, since I was the one in line, my husband was at the end of the counter, I told her I wanted the Teriyaki Grilled Chicken and Grilled Green Beans....she gets a small, carry out box and proceeds to fill it with rice....I told her I did not want rice or take out, we planned to dine in.....I asked for her a plate and she gets a Styrofoam container....I asked if they had plates and she picks up the Styrofoam container again...I told her that I wanted the Teriyaki Grill Chicken and the Grilled Green Beans.....she starts to ladle up the String Beans Chicken Breast....told her I did not want that and repeated my order for the 3rd time.....she looks at me like I do not know what I'm asking for and starts to ladle up the SAME thing.....String Beans Chicken Breast.....I'm mad by this time and asked (yelled) what's so difficult about Teriyaki Chicken and Grilled Green Beans....it's just 2 items.....I have not been here since before Covid....because a young kid kept messing up my orders that I'd have to go inside and get it corrected each time....this was over the top.....NOT listening to my order, I had to say it 3 times, getting me a take out box with rice that I did not request... twice, trying to give me something I did not want....AND, I actually heard her tell one of her coworkers that I wanted Chicken and Green Beans.....I seldom get mad in public and never talk "Loud" to a server....I felt she was being very deliberate in not listening and trying to give me things I did not want or order.....Definitely, I will never give this place another chance, and I will let my family and friends know.....and by reading the other reviews, I'm NOT the only person that has ever had a horrible experience here......we went to Charly's Philly Steaks and had a WONDERFUL LUNCH AND GOOD SERVICE....

They are disrespectful to the disabled and this is also illegal. They are using the marked area between disabled parking for "drive Thur" waiting for items to be prepared. This spot is NOT for this reason or use. This is meant to allow disabled persons extra room to enter and exit their vehicles. This is not a open space for parking.

If I could give zero I would they were out of everything the soda didn't work. My husband waited for 30 mins and we had to go up twice to get the shrimp he ordered. They all acted like they were in some sort of a haze or were the cast from Dazed and Confused. My first and last experience at a Panda Express this place is horrible I couldn't even get fried rice!!!!!!UPDATE: 3 of the 5 people in our party (the 3 who ate shrimp products) became ill after we left and I posted.UPDATE: Emailed guest relations they only let you have 400 characters including spaces so you don't get to tell them much and to date NO ONE has gotten back to me or acknowledged me. Panda strike is in!

I stopped by the Panda Express this past weekend. I ordered a plate with orange chicken. There was none left so I had to wait a bit. No worries, I won't mind waiting....I'm literally finished with my food. I asked about the orange chicken. The girl at the register lets me know that she forgot my orange chicken but that she could only refund $1.25 because I had eaten the rest of my food.Like wait a minute, I never got my orange chicken. Makes no sense....

DO NOT RECOMMEND!Within 45 minutes of closing even on a Saturday night there are out of many of their menu items including some of the most popular. You do not find this out until you have waited in line for 15 minutes and arrive at the drive through speaker. This has happened to me at least three times. I will not be returning.

Girl named Cindy in drive thru window has horrible customer service. Not a single word and she shoves the bag through the window to hand to me like she just wanted to get rid of me. This happened a couple weeks back. Oh and the order was wrong too. I always get chow mein and honey sesame chicken but I got orange chicken with fried rice... another time, I got fried rice and honey sesame... VERY VERY SMALL PORTIONS AS WELL and most of the time it's mainly vegetables and no chicken at all like WTF.
