Had my mother in warm springs which they changed their name one evening I walked out of the room walked back in to find my mother throwing up called for help took 3min to get a nurse when asked why was told she was getting meds ready and that they walkie-talkied her, when confronted Kelly the nurse in charge about the situation she had papers laying out in front of her she looked at me throughout her hands and said it's not like I'm not doing anything a was very unprofessional staff

Absolute worst treatment of a patient ever experienced. Negligent care, rude to patient and family, uncaring, condescending toward patient and family, dead set on making life as challenging as possible for the patient , refusal to take input from family caregiver, overdosing medications, refusal of medications. From both nursing staff to Dr. and thats not the half of it!

I had 3 separate hospital stays (2-3 weeks each) and weekly wound care visits over 1 1/2 yr. The wound care staff was consistently knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very affectionate. They gave me hope; their support and care resulted in wound closure and healing. Estella Cortinas

The facility was nice, but that was the only good thing about my grandpas stay, the staff was very rude & unprofessional. Took the staff 4 days to change my grandpas bedding which he asked for twice a day for 3 days. Definitely wouldn't recommend this facility.
