Palm Harbor Rv Park

We stayed there for the winter, 5 months. Nov - Mar The staff was helpful and friendly. Some sites are wider than others. You park on a pad. The people there are very friendly. Loved the pot luck and the special dinners. It's a great place if you fish. We fished from the sea wall. The only two things I didn't like about this place was the roads inside the park. When it rains it was very muddy. And the wind. It seems like it blew every day. The camper rocked all the time. We loved the park but it's not are cup of tea.

For all intents and purposes, there are two RV parks. The RV park that is described on the webpage, and then another park that is nowhere near the water. The RV park indicates that they have a kayak launch. This is not true as the launch has been adversely affected by hurricane Harvey The area that I am currently at has also been adversely affected by the storms the electricity and water dispersed from a 45° angle.The cost is fair, but I am disappointed. I have had to deal with mud. The reason is that there is no place for the water to drain. My tires are no longer black as mud has dried. The moment I get to my next destination I will have to pay to have 5th wheel and truck detailed.The bummer is no one here is overly concerned. is nothing outstanding, The maintenance men are helpful. The woman in the front office are not great. They do the minimum. I was suppose to stay here from January until June. I am leaving for a different park tomorrow February 1st.

Lovely RV park. Very friendly staff. Some spots are right on the water. Mostly long term tenants. Smaller sites but has full hookups including cable. Park offers decent Wi-if, Laundry and shower facilities and is pet friendly. Great location right off the 35 in South Rockport.

The park amenities are adequate. Rest rooms are clean but stuffy. The fishing area is nice. Sadly, the owners and staff are not helpful. This is not a safe place for families, women, or children. We were there nearly a month. They had all they advertised. Bur the Dog park is the duck hunters parking lot. But there is plenty of place for your furry friend. When she said we'll put you in the back - no one being behind us but warehouse metal building maybe 15 ft - 18 ft. The last two rows are PACKED on. Pic show how close. Our awning to his pop-out. Great staff, place clean and safe. Lot of year rounders - try yo grt closer to water

This RV park has really bounced back after the hurricane. The new club house is very nice and it has a pool. They have also been making lots of improvements to the park. The only negative thing I can say, is the park internet is not very good.

Love this place! Many new improvements, family friendly & the best part is my kids love it here!! Pool, on-site laundry, showers and right on the water.
