I have taken lessons in Mexico, Cayman, and Florida. South Padre Kite is by far the best place to learn. Jordan and Dani are awesome. I brought my 12 year old son for lessons. He had taken a couple lessons before in other places and tried to water start. Jordan and Dani moved him through a very specific process to get him comfortable and confident with the kite. By the end of the session, he and I were riding together. Their enthusiasm for teaching and the sport is infectious and my son is already asking when we can go again. He loved the whole experience and now he loves the sport. I can't wait to bring my 10 year old to them for lessons. While they were teaching my son, they taught me how to transition, position my body to go up wind better and how to jump.
