P.F. Chang's

PF Chang had the formula down for a few years, when they joined the Corporate food chain party. However,that's not the case these days. Each location has to be judged on its own so, I proceeded to this one with caution.Chosen by an old friend as a decent meeting spot and alternative to the Gulf Coast fried scene,what could I say ? Yes Straight forward typical decor and menu that you've seen at all the other PF Cz .To be honest it's been awhile and I was surprised how much I enjoyed this meal. Starting with a Strawberry Cucumber Lemonade mocktail it was love at first sip. Great beverage. Moving on thru the menu, the Panko crispy fried Green beans and Lettuce Wraps were note worthy stand outs. Everything else we sampled was delicious and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great food and great service! We had the lettuce wraps,teriyaki beef, teriyaki chicken, and firecracker shrimp. The lo mien is way better than the fried rice FYI . Aaron was our server and he was really nice and took great care of us

-My Review on this Place-*Ambiance- The ambiance was chill, as soon as you walk in you hear soft & light music, the building uses the colors black and red. It's mostly black with hints of red, which makes it more chill and calm. Bathrooms are pretty clean, love the red ambience.*Service- Out server seemed chill and didn't seem to care too much. The wait is quick and there was no line to enter. The wait to get our orders taken was also quick and we got our food quickly. Over priced.*Food-The egg drop soup was good, it was in a cute bowl. The drinks were good. Food was delicious! We ordered a Kids Chicken and Broccoli but they gave us regular, the kid eating it didn't like the sauce.-Would love to come here again-

We walked into the lobby at 12:40 on a Friday. We were greeted by a girl who said she would have a booth wiped down for us. She then disappeared. There was no other staff in sight but, looking around we noticed every unoccupied table still had dirty dishes on it and no busboy in sight. The patrons who weren't eating were looking around apparently for their waitress. After a few minutes more people came in behind us. And then more. Soon there were 8 to 10 people waiting and no staff in sight. After a few more minutes a staff member came wandering through and one man said "Excuse me?" but she walked on ignoring him - and all of us. A group of 4 that had been waiting left. We waited another minute or so and left as well. Ridiculously poor service. We will never go back.

The tiny (Latina I think) hostess is not an asset. On the phone she was snotty. When we arrived she ignored us until she sat another party, shuffled her paperwork and arranged her station a little and THEN acknowledged that we were in her presence.The "club music" was too loud and intrusive for this level of restaurant (not a club ya know). Now, the food...The fried green beans were amazing as always.The pepper steak (I asked for mild) was great. Lower rung Chinese places are usually rubbery and chewy, Changs is definitely not.The sesame chicken was also good as usual. Our server (Isabella) was just right on checking on us and very pleasant.

So far... it's a great start. Stay tuned for more food porn & experiences.... It's my first time here and I decided to sit at the bar. It's always a cozy ambiance. The Bartender is cordial & made a mean martini! - - - - OK, done with dinner & OH MY LANTA! That signature dish was beyond delicious which by the way, the bartender recommended it to me! Yowza! Yowza I'm ordering that again! The ambiance was sexy. The music was music I heard when I was dining in Paris. The venue was clean. The vibe was chic. The aroma was exquisite. I can't wait to return. Sitting at the bar was interesting hearing a lady talk to her therapist while heavily drinking - lol! Anyways I highly recommend this venue. It's great for a date night. It's great for a solo night. It's super fabulous!!!!!

I picked up to go food at 6pm and it was like it was from lunch. Food was not freshly cooked. Very disappointed! Ordered chicken lettuce wraps and it tasted like it was slightly burned from reheating it and no sauce that I asked for. The green beans were like from the lunch time.

The recipes and the food has changed. It's doesn't taste the same anymore.I miss the old PF Chang's, the atmosphere is too dark and not as welcoming or warm as it used to be to be.Why change?

Always good! I love eating at the bar and drinking their maitais! Potstickers, Mongolian beef, mandarin salad and lots of other appetizers and entrees are great. I like to go with my sister and we share everything.

i was visiting in Corpus Christi and I had lunch here at P.F. Chang's. I ordered the braised ribs with pineapple rice and the spicy green beans!! OMG!! It was delicious!! yummy!! The server was very friendly and answered all my questions. Great service Great food Great restaurant Definitely will come again and enjoy this lovely atmosphere. Thank you P.F. Chang's for a great time!!
