Great place to people who can not afford an actual vet office. This place is very busy. You need to be here at least 2 hours before they open because the line is long and people are waiting. You also need to listen as they call your number out load. Be sure to bring your snacks, water and toys because you will wait but at least your dog gets the help it needs.Absolutely recommend this place.Staff is very very nice and informative. They tell you everything and do not hide anything.

The service performed went fine but the staff was a bit rude. I was also not given enough medication to adequately help my cat. I went back for the correction and they were adamant that I had enough medication. You get what you pay for unfortunately.

CHERYL MARTINEZ IS A RUDE very rude lady! She claims I cussed at her and yelled at her in OCTOBER 2023 and that I am banned from PAAC, in Corpus Christi. Yet Jan 2024 I had a confirmed appt. I was on a 2 month wait list this last time and no one said anything till the moment I SIGNED CONSENT FORMS ONLINE today 11/8/2024! #discriminating

They were very professional and seemed to handle my cat with care. My cat recovered perfectly and had no problems with healing and everything. The cone was a little bit difficult to put on him but that was my error not theirs obviously. I've already referred a couple people to them.

I had a wonderful experience with this place. I've taken several cats of my own as well as helped several other people take their animals there. Not only do they have the free or low cost spay and neuter program but they also have a vet you can see for $10, walk ins available! This is a vital resource and definitely greatly impacts our community, tons of animals die every day because people can't always afford to take them to the vet. Having a program like this takes the hard part out of owning/ caring for a pet, often times our pets are not just pets but also part of our family and this program and the people who make it all possible are a God send and I personally can't thank them enough. For the people on here saying negative things, shame on you. They don't have to do this and keep in mind, they are only human and I'm sure mistakes are made but we really have no right to be ugly to or about them when all they are trying to do is help!!!!

Basic communication is needed for this organization. Been calling since 9am and have yet to receive my dogs medical records. I had to initially email after my visit to receive them back in the beginning of the month. Went back to the email and the email was expired where I could not access my dogs records. You can call the number listed on website & it goes straight to voicemail. You can text the number and you won't get respond. Communication is needed and that is what it is lacking.

Horrible facility & staff. My sister took her dog to get neutered there and they did a horrible job! All they did was hurt him and try cover up their mistakes with another BOTCHED INCISION! Horrible communication! Did not take any responsibility! Tried to say that he ate a tampon and had a bowel movement from it that caused his wound to get infected? Makes no sense because there is no way he could have eaten a tampon because my sister doesn't even use those! Another experience vet mentioned he thinks they left gauze around and that could have factored into the situation. You all posted a video on your fb page acting as if he was happy after surgery when in reality it was taken before surgery and his bark you'll said was happy was actually his MAD/ Cry for help bark! We went to make a comment and make other people aware and you'll deleted it and blocked us. We will be doing our best to reach out to others so this never happens to anyone's dog agai! I guess it's true what they say you get what you pay for! Just because your a low income help to the community does not mean you can do a sloppy job!

I have been taking my two pups to PAAC for the past two years for their annual shot workup and heartworm tests. While you may have to wait a bit, their prices and their customer care for my pets is well worth the wait. Everyone is friendly and takes the time answer any/all questions you may have. Their treatment of my two pups has always been the best. I highly recommend PAAC for all your pets' vaccine/shot and heartworm testing. They also offer low cost spaying and neutering, as well as chipping your pet--can't beat their low prices for these services.Try to get there early--the line gets lengthy fast as they only take the first 35 pets in line. I try to donate $10 each time go to help offset costs involved with their services. They have bowls with food and water in the waiting area, as well as a doggie cleanup station in back. I don't have to worry about taking waste pick up bags with me.Thank you for the excellent service, PAAC.

Went in for a walk-in and they assisted me very quickly and in a mannerly way. Not too pricey but be sure to expect a higher bill. I recommend going here!

I went this month SEPTEMBER 2021 and took all three dogs to get their yearly shots. Went on a Monday for one and Wednesday for the other two and we were in and out quick! The mood all over the staff was awesome! Very welcoming!
