Coffee 3 StarService 0Ordered a Large Ripper with no ice. They fill it up halfway! I asked server why it's only halfway and she said it costs extra $$ to be filled. I already paid over $6 so now it's over $7. No Thanks! I'll take my business somewhere else.

Don't ever go to this on the grind, they wanted to charge me extra money to fill my drink to the top. This is totally unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere.

I love every On the Grind location, they always have such pleasantly and happy staff. They work hard and even when it's busy, they smile and are very patient. Lines may be long but I can still get through pretty quickly with my delicious drink. I love there's a stamp card for per drink and not just per visit. Love how they are always blasting their music while making my drink, I think it adds something good to the drink lol. It's just a bunch of young people having fun and trying to make some muunaaayyy!! My favorite drink is a medium blended ripper with oatmilk and sugar free everything for $6.

My favorite stop for coffee! OTG actually makes great coffee, unlike other drive-thru caffeine shops. I love all their products, from hot, to iced, to blended. In addition to the quality drinks, they have the BEST service. The team at this location always greets me with a smile and seem genuinely interested in keeping the customer happy. They are efficient in getting the cars thru quickly, and accurate in filling orders. Love this location and the coffee!

Music was so loud could not even hear used a coupon but one get one and it still cost $9.00 and the mocha was awful not sure what was going on but not going back
