Best bar in town! Always have a great time and great drinks. Last time I went there for my birthday I had a blast

The worst bar by far! Rude staff , slow service, unlevel pool tables .. this isn't off one experience it's off every time I come in here.. i will not come again and neither will my friends .. if you want to go have a good experience with great service go to LMRs right down the road!

On weekends they usually feature a great DJ with diverse musical selections. Prices are fair with plenty of parking. Very popular on weekends and will start to fill up after 10 pm. I have been here a handful of times and only had one bad experience. This kind of place wouldn't normally get four stars but PL doesn't have a lot of competitionI don't know if it's because I'm an out of towner or what, but once while trying to close out I stood at the bar making eye contact with the bartender for thirty minutes trying to get their attention and just got ignored. I gave up and went back to the table while my wife (who used to live nearby) went and got the tab paid immediately.

I'd like to start with the fact that this review is not based off of a 1-time experience but about 6. I personally am not a huge fan of any bar, but my husband has reluctantly dragged me to this one 6 times over the last year after eating at our favorite place Bubba's in Seadrift and driving back to Palacios. 4 of the 6 experiences ended in myself being kicked out of the bar for no reason that I could understand. IN FACT, one of the times I was asked to leave, I did not even have a drink!! I have NEVER been kicked out of a bar (or anywhere for that matter) in my life, not even in college. Each time I have been "cut off" or asked to leave was from the owner herself. I do not know what this old hag has against me, I personally don't care, but I wanted to make a point of writing a poor review on all of the obvious places after this last time. I am not acting out, being loud, obnoxious, spilling drinks. I am simply sitting with my husband and we would dance to country a few times. The owner is rude and so is her sloppy looking, young staff. They look as if they just rolled out of bed. I get that it's Port Lavaca and your standards don't have to be that high, but if you have any class, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO.

I had recently went to Omar's with some of my friends and the bar should rethink about the kind of people they hired. One of the employees that work there names Kassandra was being awful rude to me and my friends.
