James was excellent and--even though we live in Rockport--we will definitely call on him again for his plumbing help in the future. Truly, I don't think we could possibly have received better service--and on a Saturday no less!!James was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and nice. He helped us with our Navien tankless water heater and he knew exactly what to do to fix the problem (and it wasn't what the troubleshooting guide indicated). He also explained the repair to us and gave us great suggestions on maintenance we can do in order to keep the problem from happening again. I trust James. And, I trust that he did the job right. I suspect he always does the job right.

put green board in my bathroom when hardiboard was in the contract. Had a tiler put tile on the wall over the green board in shower stall and it was crooked. Bent plumbing pipes.

Very efficient, professional, and fast service on the island. Arrived within 2 hours from phone call for leak. Only complaint is they are a bit expensive.

On Wednesday said would call Thursday to schedule for Friday. It is Saturday and no call. Did not call back when said they would. If they can't call, I doubt they can show up on time if at all.

We have been in our house for 3 years. We have had a couple different plumbers come out because of water pressure problems in the house. Every time they told us, the pressure is fine. James from Ocean Plumbing did some work for our neighbors and did an amazing job with fair pricing, so we had him come out. He did more than just the basic test and found there was a problem at the city line. He told us who to call and what to tell them. The city came out and first said everything looked fine but then did another test and found that we were only getting 8 gallons per minute. We should be getting at least 17. The city replaced our piping that was outdated and clogged and we now get 25 gallons per minute. We are so grateful to James and Ocean Plumbing for taking the extra steps to check out our issue and not just doing the basic test and taking our money. We will ONLY use Ocean Plumbing, along with every other neighbor on the street!

Great service! Had shower bar and new toilet with bidet installed. Left our bathroom clean and disposed the old toilet. Reasonably priced, friendly, and professional service. Years ago they redid all the plumbing in our home and installed a tankless water heater. We were happy then as well! Would recommend them without reservation!

Ocean Plumbing was excellent in our time of great need.They were very friendly and did everything they could to help us. Ocean Plumbing responded to our problem on a Friday evening when other plumbing companies advertising "24 hour emergency service" wouldn't even answer our call.There pricing was reasonable, technician was very informative and offered us a choice of solutions. The quality of work appears to be exceptional. I would recommend this company to everyone. I will definitely use them again for my future needs.
