Came across this nail salon online. The photos looked decent so I called and booked a pedicure appointment for the next 30 minutes. Showed up and place was super clean. They had me seated and drink in hand within 10 minutes. They have lots of alcoholic beverages if interested. Quality was amazing and service. Highly recommend!!

My pedicure was amazing. I love the variety of music and the atmosphere is relaxing. Great location and very clean. Love the reclining chairs and prices are very moderate.

So let me start by saying I travel with my husband all over the US for his job and this is hands down one of the best places I've been for a pedicure! It's super clean, the service is outstanding! They have a 4 page drink menu of complimentary, unlimited drinks and they were actually delicious!! The pedicure and manicure I got was outstanding and I didn't get the most expensive one, I got the delux and it was very well priced for what I got and the lady did a fabulous job. This is definitely the place I'll be going everytime while I'm in the Corpus/Portland area!! They were so friendly!!

Jenny was great! She has done my pedicures a few times. She does a great job and has great customer service. You don't have to wait here, they are very efficient.

When Oceans first opened, I was very pleased when I went there. No longer. I will not go again. There is a man in the front, cashier part, that I believe is the owner or manager, and does nails, too.. Extremely rude. I came in one day with a picture that I asked if he could paint on my nail. It was a very simple black sillouette of a cat. He said no problem. I had a Mani-Pedi. I felt extremely rushed, and noticed most of the services he did not do, such as the lotion massage, and the hot towel. After Pedi, we went to Mani. Very quickly, and very rough filing my own nails. No lotion, no washing of hands, before paint. He suddenly announced we were done. Had my own nails, and opted for white paint, fingers and toes, both. I started to get up, and remembered he had not drawn the kitty sillouette on just one finger per hand, as I had requested. He acted pissed off, grabbed my hand, unsmiling, and quickly drew something that ruined my white manicure, as it looked like a black blob. I could not believe it. I was going to an event that night, and this looked like my Grandbaby tried to draw "something" on my two nails. Horrified, I asked if he could either just try to draw it correctly, or better, just put it back to solid white. He refused. My manicure was ruined. Do NOT go here. They are nothing like when they first opened. Left that day in tears, heading home to try to repair my manicure, and $50 poorer. This was the second time this man was rude. No more.

Very relaxing and great quality work! The complementary drinks and kids chair for the pedicure was nice!We will definitely be back.

If I could give them negative stars for such terrible customer service; I would. Went with my mom for a relaxing pedicure and paid for the $35, longer pedicure. My mom was started 7 minutes after me, and finished 12 minutes before me (I timed it). When we got up to pay I mentioned that she was shorted almost 20 minutes on her pedicure (which the time is listed in the brochure) so she should only pay for the cheaper $25 pedicure. They refused and tried to argue that her stylist was experienced so she's faster. Here's the thing Ocean, we pay for the TIME listed in your brochure. Experienced or not, don't rush my time that I'm paying for and expect me to still pay for it when you finished it fast because you're "good". We absolutely WILL NOT be back if they can't honor what they offer. Save your money and go to another shop

I'm an "old" man (age 70) and can no longer trim my toenails. They are admittedly ugly and have acquired a weird shape and thickness. The staff there are friendly and compassionate and have never made the slightest hint of an issue with my nails. Excellent service and staff. I am going there, now, on a monthly basis.

Ok So I have been going to this place off and on for over 5 years. Recently well around 5 months ago 6 months ago maybe I had a bad experience with him where they did an incredibly horrible job and haven't been back until today. I gave him their chance to redeem themselves and they failed again.. and the worst part about it, was the manager who was the one who did my nails I posted pics the best that I could but I tried to post ones that you could see what I went in there wanting and "all they could give me".
