This place is a dump. I was a flight instructor at NAS Kingsville back in the '70s and we enjoy revisiting the area when we pass through on our way to South Padre Island. The last time we stayed at Oasis (quite a few years ago) it was OK, and we paid $30 (total) for two nights. This time they charged us $75 for one night, and they don't take plastic. The employees were nice enough, but $75 for one night at that dump was ridiculous.

Not at all. The place has several stray cats, the place is infested with fleas, possums, and raccoons. There is zero pride of ownership/management. The manager harasses residents and goes on about the 5mph speed limit. If someone drives 10mph he'll make it seem like you've committed a felony. I've seen them argue with a resident who was dropped off by someone and the person drove away like normal but not the precious 5mph and management lost it. For such a slum place expect theft of things left in the bed of your truck. And the cameras never seem to catch anyone so I doubt that they even work. Stay elsewhere unless you're hiding from the law.

This place is a joke. Yes it is cheap but you get what you pay for. The cement pads are on the wrong side of the RV door. The manager doesn't understand this at all. And you have to park you truck in the mud. The water lines are known to break. Stay away!!

This place needs a new manager to run this Mobile Home Park as the person managing is singling out tenants and is giving out Notice of Termination by Landlord with only a month notice without option to talk with the actual owners of the Mobile & RV Park. The manager has no knowledge of how to run this business and raises the lot fees every other month the existing tenants. I have seen how this manager singles out tenants that manger does not like to force them to move out without much notice. When tenants ask for the owners address and phone number the manager makes excuses and says they can't find the owner's number that they need to look for it. By Texas Property Code for Manufacture Home, the manager is violating tenant rights. Just a Wendi's complaint above the issue is your manager and not your tenants.
