I've been here once before and Vicky was great! I tried walking in today and they were hella busy. Because I didn't have an appointment they put me with Kathy, who is not good at shaping. It hurts to pay $50 for nails that look like I did themself. I'll def be back. But with an appointment for not Kathy.

I would go out of my way to avoid this place. They charged me more than the menu price, used the dremel on my natural nails and 'accidentally' almost gave me gel when I told her about 5 times how I hate gel. And then, when I didn't let her put gel on my nails all of the techs start rolling their eyes at me. What a nightmare. I only get the opportunity for this every 4-6 months and this treatment was awful. The tech didn't clean my cuticles well or use the callous remover on the whole foot. Hard pass.

Cute and elegant on the inside, with complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (which is a nice gesture) as other nail salons charge. I had gone to a couple places before and they were quite rough with my nails, but then when I came to Oasis nails I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there is super nice. They were also gentle with my nails. Very accommodating and will try their best to fit me in, even when I don't have an appointment. I give them a four because a couple of the nail technicians that have done my nails didn't do them as requested. They were slanted, uneven and kind of rough on the edges. Very sub-par nails. That happened a few times when I initially started coming here. Now I have found my nail technicians who do a superior job. I've gone to them since (about a year) and it has been more then satisfactory!

Awesome place! Terry and Vicki really take care of you and the place is being cleaned all the time. Vicki does incredible SNS nails and the prices are reasonable.

Today was my first time visiting Oasis and I loved my experience! Awesome pedicure and SNS nails! The staff was so sweet and helpful. And the complimentary sangria..yum! We were walk ins but were still taken care of in a timely manner! Totally recommend this place!

Visited today wall-to-wall people. I understand people need to work. There Hass to be a safer way. Does no good to wear a mask or ask us to wash our hands if you have us sitting less than 2 feet from a stranger. Please fix the problems.

Kim always does an amazing job on my nails, they don't break, and last up to three or four weeks if I don't have time to get them redone. Everyone at Oasis is nice, and I really like the atmosphere. Five stars!!!

This is going to be long, so I'll put my main points here first. My nails ALL chipped the day after my SNS, pedi was not done properly - cuticles not cleaned. While fixing my nails, Vicky was talking on the phone in her AirPods the whole time. I seriously thought she was talking to herself for a better part of it. On top of that, she made me extremely uncomfortable for getting a different color (they couldn't find the original color.) Here is the full story: I went to get a pedi and SNS on my hands a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't all bad. I got the volcanic pedicure (I think that's what it's called?) The nail tech did an amazing job with the massage. It was very relaxing, however, the cuticles weren't cut properly. I get pedicures so my toes won't hurt and the edges of my toenails were left pointy and sharp. I don't want to have to fix them myself if I'm paying for a pedicure. As far as the SNS, it looked great that day, but started chipping the very next day. I went back a week later to get them fixed - they were all chipping after a week. Vicky said she would redo them for me no questions asked. She was very nice about it. So I told them my color - I remembered it by number and name bc I loved it so much. First they couldn't find it, then they found it and said there wasn't enough powder left to do my nails. (I promise this is important.) So I picked out another color and Vicky redid my nails. The whole time she was doing my nails she kept talking and I was so confused. I finally realized she was on the phone the whole time with an AirPod in her ear. As I was getting ready to leave she tells me she doesn't mind fixing my nails if there's ever an issue, but I have to get the same color. So I told her about how I was told there wasn't enough powder left and that I didn't want another color in the first place. That was enough for me to never go back again. Their lack of communication led to her questioning me when I was the one dealing with wasting my day getting my nails fixed with a different color than I had originally wanted defeating the whole point of SNS. I'm leaving an extra star instead of one, because the massage was great and because they at least fixed the SNS problem. Still won't be back based on the color fiasco.

Service was fast and Alex was amazing she took care of me the whole way through. I did my toes, SNS nails and eyebrows and she was so kind and professional I loved the finish on all things I got done plus they have a great loyalty program

Had to stop mid-service because of how rude the girl was. She had an ugly attitude the whole time for no reason. What topped it off was when she dug her nails into my legs when putting lotion then asked if she was hurting me. I know this wasn't her first time doing a pedicure. Worst experience ever.
