Novak's Meat Market

We waited to be helped and two people were able to walk in after we did and we're both helped before us. I waited for 15 minutes and did not even get a hello

We stopped in on our way from Houston to Buda TX. A friend of mine recommended us. We walked in asked for (2) T-bones, (1) sausage, (2) fryers, (1lb) bacon, and (1) 7steak (1) pre packaged short ribs, all in $83.23. [ which seemed that the person helping us just pulled a number out of the air] Nothing was butcher papered. Got home, cooked ribs and 1 tbone, the smell alone seemed odd and taste was gruesome to say the least. We threw ALL away in trash. Will never stop here again. Being that we were passing by, probably just got suckered. [ Should have maintained the coordinates on our weekly stop to Bellville Meat Market.] -

I live 25 minutes from Novak's and I've never had any issues. They have the best seasoning I could ask for and their customer service has never disappointed. Great pork steaks, brisket, and anything in between!

we ordered 45 lbs of beef tips for carne quisada for my daughters quincinera,they cut all the meat and had it ready for us to pick up.second time we stopped in picked up some sirloin steaks they were cut thick and was a nice cut of meat.
