Northwest Kids Sports Complex

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a money pit, especially for the swim lessons or lack there of. We signed out almost 3 year old daughter up there, and we had mentioned that she was advanced, in that she had already had to years of private swim lessons. We were informed that she "had" to do the parent taught swim lessons. OKAY, we go and there are two high school aged girls teaching the class. And when I mean teaching I mean singing songs, NO hands on instruction, and them standing in the middle of the pool talking about their day and saying "sing the song really slow so we don't have to do another activity!" Yes, if you want to waste your money go here, to NORTHWEST gymnastics. Expect NO refunds when you call 20 times to tell them that the class was worthless. Michelle (the owner) makes no apologies about how she runs her money pit of a business and will refund NO money even if you only went to one class that was absolutely worthless.

We've had such a great experience with NW kids. My son has attended camps on school breaks, swim lessons and hosted/ attended bday parties here - he has a great time and always looks forward to his next visit ( which is a huge relief for a working Mom). They keep him active and the Coaches have always been friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend.

Wonderful gym lots to pick from! The gymnastics team is one of the top in south Texas!
