I took my tablet there on Wednesday morning and was told it will be ready on Monday. I called Monday afternoon and they said it still haven't been touched and will be ready when it's ready. Very very bad consumer service and very rude on the phone. I'll be take my table and service Somewhere else.. I will never go back there again and advice no one to waste there time going there..

Brought my iPhone 6s plus in to replace my cracked screen and they did an AMAZING job. Parts quality was/is superb, staff is super friendly, and the repair was completed within 20 minutes, and the price was right. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any kind of computer/phone/tablet repair. A+++

Saw an AD on Facebook, gave them a call before I drove an hour to their shop. When I got there the place seemed a bit sketchy but as soon as we walked in it was better. We went in looking for an iPhone 5c we had saw and they had a bunch the guy helping us was really patient and nice. He answered all of our questions and even gave an amazing deal. I would recommend everyone to go here, he does an amazing job and well worth the price very reasonable.

don't take your phone here , all they do is go thru it and take all day to fix a small repair. they over charge for the work that they do. just not a good place to take your phone

My iPhone screen was replaced with a very inferior screen. The brightness at max level is only 60% of the original iPhone screen. That means I have to put the brightness at max level, which also drains the battery. The touch sensitivity is glitchy as well, and it misses keystrokes at times and adds characters randomly at times as well. The polarization of the screen is such that it's pitch black when you're wearing sunglasses and looking at it vertically. You have to tilt sideways to see anything, which is dangerous if you're on the road and get a call or text and can't quickly see who's calling or writing you. Had I known that Best Buy was an official Apple service center, I would not have wasted my money here. I feel ripped off. I was promised a screen with the exact specs of the original and was given nothing close to an OEM-type screen. I refused to come back for warranty repair. Never again!

Crooked company. Say they will fix ur screen, but in fact, they return it more damaged than it was to begin with. Amazing they have any businessAvoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE customer service. Very rude. Would rather drive 45 mi to Corpus then take another electronic here! And on top off it all my phone started having more problems, after the workers here "fixed" it. When I took it back to get fixed after 2 weeks again as the same problem had returned, they wanted to charge me the full $50 again, unbelievable. If you want a bandaid quick fix, that'll come back, this is your place!

Ok so I've experienced both repair and purchasing a couple phones through them. Number one they were really down to earth, up front - no beating around the bush, and offered nothing but GREAT customer service. Number two my computer that I brought in with everything under the sun wrong with it, was repaired to even better than I can remember it being. And number three, the phones we purchased were like brand new and we are still using to today. We even brought one of the phones we purchased there for a screen repair (what can I say my child has butter fingers) and they repaired no problem, and did a phenomenal job. I will continue to use them and only them as the trust has been established and thats so important. Not to mention their prices are affordable and they don't try to swindle you. Thank you North Point! You're absolutely amazing!!
