I have been wanting to try this food truck out for a while and finally got the chance to recently. This food truck is located at Golondrina's which has become busier over the past couple of months. The service provided was good. The ambiance was busy but not overcrowded. I tried both the Regio burger and the Chorizo burger. The Regio burger was outstanding. This burger had a variety of flavors which were savory. The Chorizo burger was good but a bit dry for me. The prices were a bit higher than I expected. Overall, would recommend checking this food truck out.

I love burgers and I've been wanting to try this food truck for some time and now that they're at the Golondrina Food Truck Park close by I had to try them out. The service is great. I ordered the Al Pastor Burger because it sounded good. They put it in this neat to go box that opens up into a plate, sort of like the Chinese food takeout cartons. I was quickly surprised though by what you get, don't get me wrong it's probably the right "portion" to eat, but normally I would expect more at their prices and just because it's from a food truck. If you've had San Antonio food truck burgers you probably know what I mean. Now I can overlook the size but then was also surprised it was a bit bland, I had to put some coarse salt & pepper which normally I might of put pepper on a regular burger, but specialty burgers I like to taste as made. Overall it's a decent burger, something different and they have a few other interesting burgers to try.

It felt this place and the options around it were better in Cultura Beer Garden in downtown. It was a horrible location but somehow it had better food trucks around it. The new park near McPherson and Monarch Dr is great in aesthetics but yeah this truck wasn't as good as I remembered it. Fries weren't great and burger wasn't any better.

Good stuff, it fits in perfectly with the food truck experience. I have tried maybe 3 or 4 of their lineup burgers and they are all great.
