I was looking for somewhere other than a barber shop to go since I wanted to cut quite a bit of hair off for locks of love and felt like getting some good work done (wanted someone with more experience dealing with long hair). Had it cut by Ramon, and he did a great job on the hawk/fade. Really took a lot of time and thought into the cut and made absolutely sure it turned out right. The guy is also a photographer, so if you're making a big change you may want to ask for before and after shots :PIf you're looking for a relaxed place to get quality work done then this place is perfect. excellent service, definitely recommend it

This guy does an awesome job. He really makes sure you get what you want and takes his time. Also only 15$! Very casual atmosphere and friendly service, glad I finally found a good place to get a haircut.

Ramon at NoelDesigns always does a perfect cut & color every time. He takes the extra time to fully blend the cut of my hair evenly and perfectly. Ramon is AWESOME! I am from New Jersey and walked in with hair dyed black with some red on top. Did not know what to do but wanted to keep the length. Raymon sat down and discussed it did not rush me and made my hair beautiful dark brown with light brown highlights. This looks more like my natural color and the highlights will help cover my natural grey. He is the nicest man listens to what you have to say and magically makes your hair look delightful. I can't wait to go back! I am going to post pictures and by the way if you like Marilyn Monroe you're surrounded by her it's just another bonus.
