Hello,My family and I turned to New Century Hospice during a very difficult time, and we didn't know what to expect. However, their outstanding care and compassion made all the difference. Here are some of the amazing things they did:* Jessie Trevino answered texts and phone calls late at night while we determined which company was the best fit.* The equipment was delivered and set up prior to my wife being returned home from the hospital.* The nurses showed us how to dispense medication. They were kind and supportive especially when delivering bad news.* Whenever we called for help, nursing staff came to our home, took vitals, and answered questions.* They were professional when she passed, did the required notification, and processed the death certificate promptly. We highly recommend New Century Hospice for their exceptional care and dedication.

They took such great care of my husband who was terminally ill. Rick was so helpful in setting up the care needed. Nurse Jenny was so attentive and explained everything to us as far as the medication and the importance of keeping him comfortable and pain free.Patsy was fantastic in coming and giving him his bed bath. He especially liked being shaved, he actually said, this feels nice.I completely recommend this company. During the worst time of your life they make it a little easier.
