New Beginnings

We walked all up and down the Main Street of tourist shops here in Rockport and this was one of my favorites. Where a lot of the other shops are over cluttered, I appreciate the clear movement through this store with clean displays. Of course, like many tourist stores, it is quite kitschy, but I did end up purchasing something here, a Ginger Sage Mist for sprucing up our guest room. It's been a welcome addition to the house. Also, I found the workers here extremely friendly.Note: I did appreciate the purchase summary breaking down the tax cost to the shopper. They include Texas State Tax (6.25%), Aransas County Tax (0.5%), Rockport City Tax (1%), and Aransas County Health Services Tax (0.5%).

Great service and a nice assortment of things for everyone. At first I thought it was a woman's clothing store. Glad we went in to see it's much more eclectic.

Cute boutique gift shop in the little beach town of Rockport! All kinds of stuff...home decor, jewelry, Mary Engelbreit items, gifts of all kinds and so much more! Now that I'm home from vacation, I'm wishing I would have gotten the little ME credit card case that caught my eye. So much awesome stuff there, be sure to check them out when you're in town.

Lots of cute stuff. Found some nice things you can only find at a small business. Plenty of street parking.

Horrible service. Two associates working and not one could check me out. I was ready to purchase my items, card in hand... Had to walkout.

Terrrrrible service. There were two ladies at the register and they did not bother checking me out. I put my items up and walked out. I will never come here again.
