Neon Moon Club

This place is dump, and the service is worse. The bartender If you want to call her that asked me what I wanted before I even sat down. Then didn't come back for well over 10 minutes. She spent that time to talk with some guys and kept drinking her Red Bull. I flagged her down just to get service. The two bright sides, the band was pretty good for a local band & a pitcher of beer is only $6. They don't serve anything but beer, and the place filled with smoke because Texas thinks it's still the 80's. I feel bad for the locals.

Great bar, my girlfriend came down on vacation at Christmas and we were touring around the gulf. Ended up staying at hotel next door, when we came out we went over to the Neon Moon for a taco at lunch time. People were so friendly and service was so good we wound up staying two more nights in town so we could spend New Years Eve there. Great people, fun place and the food out of the taco truck there is killer. Thanks for making our New Year!

Fun, small town honky tonk. Doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside is a fun little local hangout. To be honest... there's really no other choices in town. A couple of chain restaurant bars. but that's it.
