If you come in with a phone pic or written note with your classes in it just have to show it to anyone working there and they get the books you need right away.They offer textbook renting which is often a pretty good difference in price from buying.Staff has always been friendly.Have never had a problem in this store.

This is a review regarding their online store. For Christmas present, I got a friend two things for the university she will be attending soon: Arcadia University. The prices, with the frequent promotional discounts (often 15%-35%), are also pretty reasonable. I got a shirt that was usually $22 for $10. I placed an order for a tumbler, and received that within 2 days - 5 DAYS faster than their estimated shipping time! The shirt took the minimum estimated time, which was five days, and it is a very high quality shirt. I would definitely recommend this online store for anyone looking to buy college gear for a friend or family member. Keep an eye on the discounts too! They're great.

Avoid renting from this site at all costs. I rented two books and bought a third and they asked me to pay 15 dollars a piece for each book. I was okay with this at first assuming they came from different places. When I received the package it all came in one padded envelope from the same place. I called and emailed to ask for some money back because 45 dollars for one package is way to much. My family runs a publishing company and we ship a lot of our textbooks from our house and we charge $12 ground shipping max. They would not refund me any money and explained it was because they "could have" been shipped from different fulfillment facilities even though they were not. Rude, I will never rent from them again and that is terrible customer service. I am now renting from bookrenter.com and they are great!!!!!

I bought a book with an estimate of 4-14 days with regular standard shipping that got from ValoreBooks to my home QUICKLY (even on a holiday weekend) and I paid for a book with expedited shipping from Neebo.com which still hasn't arrived. I ordered both books on the same day. Food for thought. I'll definitely use ValoreBooks.com again and suggest it to anyone!

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order, Neebo couldn't deliver the product even though they claimed it was in stock. Ten days after placing the order I called customer service and was told (after waiting on hold) that my order was cancelled and I should have received an email. I did not receive an email and the order showed as "processing" on their website. Absolutely terrible experience and I recommend you use another company.

The only real complaint is have is the wait for customer service. It's always like 15-20 min before you can get a person to talk to you, even on chat.

I purchased a book for my son (Media Impact). My son told me he hadn't received the book after two weeks. I went on line to check the status and it showed processing on my order. I called and spoke to customer service...was put on hold 3 different times to check the status on this order and at the end they didn't even have the book in stock. There prices are good but what good does that do if they don't have it together. They could have at least send me a email stating their company didn't have the book in stock. I was very upset. Won't be ordering from them anymore.
