Staff was friendly & they reply when you text them right away. Great pricing for a kayak. Location was not the greatest for fishing, but it has some great views.

Nauticool Adventure was great! I truly enjoyed jet skiing. I plan on going back as soon as possible.

Quick note we haven't used services but had to say how great the customer service was for planning trip!We had planned a quick family trip for our kids...they've been on lockdown since mid March due to the pandemic. I'd like to start by saying the customer service and contacting has been THE BEST.... (YASSSS!!!) I believe Anthony is the owner and I spoke to Logan an employee and they provided everything I needed and more. We had a sudden family emergency happen that we have to attend and we adjusted the time with no problem. Logan fixed it within two phone calls and less than 20 mins. However, things became unaligned and unfortunately we had to just cancel it as a whole. With that being said not only did Anthony completely refund the money he did it quickly and with so much understanding that it made me feel bad for canceling. He understood that family comes first and also assured me it was not an issue and would stay on top of my refund.Nowadays many places lack customer service and just being kind to one another as a human PERIOD. I hope to be able to bring my kids here just for that reason and I am happy that I have a place to look forward to bring my kids in this area. Thanks so much!!!We had the fortune to actually rebook after making it to our family event and drove to Corpus. Pretty much no more to add aside from the review above was correct and pure excellence. If it wasn't for their great interactions I wouldn't have even bothered making it down. I'm a huge yelp reader and do more reading than reviewing. I live by reviews lol. Ok let me get to the point....Logan was THE BEST. In addition we met sweet Macy. Those two are chill, cool, and knowledgeable. You can tell they love their job and are happy to be there. That's important with a job period let alone an outdoor one. It's HOT PERIOD! But, thank you all for helping make a fun time for my family. We will be back for sure.

Unique experience with the rentals. Anthony was so helpful and accommodating. Will definitely rent here again!

Had a great time jet skiing here!! Easy going atmosphere, safe, plenty of open water to catch some waves and race! Coming back here for sure!

Not a good experience, last day of our vacay , we booked the first rental of the day . The only person working we met with was a teenage girl who was struggling to handle the double booking of our rental . We were told seeing as we got the longer 2-hr rental we could go past the island bridge into the bay where it was much deeper with no sand bars . We asked for a map of usage locations but were told they all got wet and weren't usable. So we crossed under and went to the right out into the bay out of sea vessel traffic. After about a mile I noticed grass in the water everywhere. The water intake got clogged with grass and it started smoking and warning lights . I immediately called the rental line and was told to send a pin drop and they would be after us . About 30mn later the same teenage girl came drifting up on another wave runner as not to run her engine in the grass. She said the water intake was probably clogged ! I was aware of the problem and with no one to help obviously I told my wife and son to stay on the craft and I pushed it 1mile back to the deep Chanel( 1.5 hrs) and was able to make it back just in time for our rental return . No one was there to accept the return but I was told we could take a boat rental the next day for free to compensate. I explained we were leaving the next day and if they could give us at least a partial refund it would suffice. They agreed and asked us to call back in the morning at opening , I did and they won't even answer our calls it goes to voicemail . I would not recommend them to anyone !

He spend a couple of hours on kayak provided by Ashley and the guys, we had lots of funWe'll definitively come back soon!I'm all for supporting small and local businesses, specially when they are doing all they can to provide good service, and this is one of it. They recently relocated in the same area, and they haven't figured out signage yet, but call them in advance and they'll provide directions

Great time just hard to find. Friendly staff and excellent teaching on how to use the jet skis
